This Privacy Policy explains how SPDJ MEDIA PVT LTD ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the mobile game Arrow Flow (the "App") on Android.
In short: we do not ask for your name, email or any account. Your game progress stays on your device. The App shows ads from Google AdMob and uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played. These services may collect device identifiers and related data, as described below.
Your game progress (levels completed, stars, boosters, achievements and settings such as sound and theme) is saved only in the App's local storage on your device. We do not upload it to our servers and we cannot access it. Uninstalling the App, clearing its data, or using Settings → Reset progress deletes it.
The App is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). To show, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share with Google:
Device identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID and app set ID;
IP address, which may be used to estimate your approximate (not precise) location;
Device and app information, such as device model, operating system, language and app version;
Ad interaction data, such as ads viewed or tapped, and diagnostic and performance data.
This data is processed by Google under its own policies. Learn more at and the . Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
We use Google Analytics for Firebase (Google LLC) to understand how players use the App, for example which levels are started, completed or failed, how often hints and boosters are used, which screens are visited, and whether optional rewarded ads are watched. Firebase may automatically collect an app instance ID, the Android Advertising ID, device model, operating system and app version, language, approximate location derived from your IP address, and usage and engagement data. We use this information only in aggregated form to improve the game and fix problems; we do not use it to identify you personally. Learn more in .
EEA, UK and Switzerland: we use Google's consent tool to ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown or analytics data is used for advertising. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Ad choices in the App.
Personalized ads: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
Rewarded ads are always optional. You choose whether to watch one in exchange for free hints.
We do not require an account or collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
We do not sell your personal information.
The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, storage, contacts or location.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Game progress remains on your device until you delete it as described in section 1. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's policies, and Firebase Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months; you can reset your Advertising ID at any time from your device settings.
We rely on the security of the Android platform for locally stored data, and advertising data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
