Arrow Dispatch
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
Arrow Dispatch ("the game") is developed and published by Yavuz Erol ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game uses and why.
Data stored on your device. Your progress, coins, helpers, settings and language are stored only on your device. We do not operate our own servers, we do not create user accounts and we do not sell personal data.
Advertising. The game shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To show, limit and measure ads, Google may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address, approximate location and ad interaction data. Where required by law (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland) we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change this choice at any time in Settings > Ad privacy choices. On iOS we ask for permission before the advertising identifier is used for tracking. Learn how Google uses this data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive your payment details; we only receive a confirmation that a purchase was completed so the item can be delivered.
Notifications. If you allow notifications, the game schedules local reminders on your device (for example when your lives are full). Reminder data never leaves your device. You can turn reminders off in Settings or in your device settings.
Crash and performance data. The app stores provide us with anonymous, aggregated crash and performance reports according to your device settings.
Children. The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices. You can reset your advertising ID or limit ad tracking in your device settings, change ad consent in the game, and delete all game data at any time by uninstalling the game.
Changes. We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.

Terms of Use (EULA)
Last updated: 23 October 2026
By downloading or playing Arrow Dispatch you agree to these terms.
License. Yavuz Erol grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the game except as allowed by law.
Virtual items. Coins, helpers and other in-game items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed to you, not sold. They may be lost if you uninstall the game or clear its data.
Purchases. All purchases are processed by the app store you used. Refunds are handled by that store under its policies. Prices may differ between countries and may change.
Ads. The game is free to play and shows ads. The "No Ads" purchase removes ads shown between levels; optional reward videos stay available.
Availability. We may update, change or stop offering the game or any feature at any time.
Disclaimer. The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Apple devices. If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies. These terms are between you and Yavuz Erol, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
