Effective date: 2026-09-11
Last updated: 2026-09-11
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Arrow Bubble Pop ("Game") published by Gikeon ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
NOTE: What changed in this version (2026-09-11). This version clarifies the ad mediation adapters

NOTE: Saved Games behavior, consent and withdrawal, and service changes. Sections 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
NOTE: and 12 have been updated.
1) Eligibility
You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms and meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. The Game is intended for users 16 years or older.
2) License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You may not:
• copy, resell, or redistribute the Game except as allowed by law;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game except where legal rights cannot be waived;
• use cheats, bots, exploits, or automation to unfairly manipulate gameplay;
• manipulate your device's clock or system time to gain in-game advantage;
• interfere with app security, stability, or integrated services.
3) Virtual Items
The Game includes virtual items such as coins and power-ups. These items:
• have no real-world cash value;
• are not transferable outside the Game;
• cannot be exchanged for money or goods from us;
• may be changed, rebalanced, or removed as part of Game updates or through remote configuration (Section 6).
Coins and power-ups are earned through gameplay or by watching optional rewarded ads. They are not sold for real money, and the Game contains no coin store. The only real-money purchase is described in Section 4.
Virtual items and progress are stored on your device and, where Google Play Games Services is available, saved to your own Google account (see Section 8). We operate no account system and hold no copy of your save, so if cloud save is unavailable to you and you uninstall the Game, clear its data, or switch device, your progress and virtual items are lost and cannot be restored by us. The Remove Ads purchase is separate and is restored by Google Play - see Section 4.
4) Purchases, Billing, and Refunds
The Game offers a single one-time in-app purchase to remove ads ("Remove Ads").
• Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing, not directly by us.
• Pricing, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are handled under Google Play terms and policies.
• Remove Ads is tied to your Google Play account and is restored automatically when you reinstall or sign in on another device with the same account. Restoration depends on Google Play availability.
• Remove Ads disables banner and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads remain available, because they unlock in-game benefits; where you choose one after purchasing, the benefit is granted without showing an ad.
5) Ads and Third-Party Services
The Game may display ads through third-party providers, including Google AdMob.
Ad types may include banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. Rewarded ads are optional and grant in-game benefits if you choose to watch them. Ad availability, personalization, frequency and fill rates may vary by region, device, consent choices, and remote configuration.
Ads are served through AdMob mediation, which runs an auction or mediation waterfall among the ad sources enabled for the relevant ad unit. The current Android build contains adapters for AppLovin, Chartboost, InMobi, Mintegral, Moloco, Pangle, Unity Ads, and Vungle/Liftoff. A compiled adapter is not an active ad source by itself; a network processes ad-request data only when it is enabled and configured in the applicable AdMob dashboard. AppLovin MAX is also included as an optional alternative mediator, but it is inactive unless its SDK key and units are configured and Remote Config selects it; otherwise the Game falls back to AdMob. The set of active participating networks may change over time without an app update.
Where required, ad consent is handled through Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). You may be able to review or change ad privacy choices in Settings.
The Game also uses Google Firebase Analytics, Google Firebase Remote Config, Google Firebase Crashlytics and GameAnalytics. What these collect and why is described in the Privacy Policy. Analytics, crash reporting, and cloud-save uploads do not begin until you accept the legal notice shown on first launch. If the relevant consent is withdrawn through a supported control, the Game stops new collection or uploads; provider-held data is handled under the provider's policy and is not erased merely by withdrawal.
6) Remote Configuration and Feature Testing
Parts of the Game are controlled by configuration values retrieved from Firebase Remote Config at startup - including ad frequency, reward amounts, the selected mediator, and reminder timing.
This means:
• the Game's behaviour and balance may change without an app update;
• different installations may receive different configuration values, including as part of comparing one version of a feature against another;
• when configuration cannot be retrieved, the Game uses the values built into the installed version.
We may run such comparisons at any time. Assignment is random or server-directed and is not based on any personal characteristic.
7) Rating and Update Prompts
The Game uses two standard Google Play features:
• In-App Review - after finishing a level, the Game may ask Google Play to show its rating dialog. Google Play decides whether it appears and limits how often it can be shown; we are not told what you rated or whether you rated at all. Nothing in the Game is unlocked, granted or withheld based on this.
• In-App Update - the Game may offer a newer version through Google Play. Ordinary updates are optional and download in the background. If a released version is found to be seriously defective, the Game may require an update before continuing.
8) Cloud Save
Where Google Play Games Services is available, the Game saves your progress to your own Google account so it survives reinstalling or changing device. Play Games may process gamer identity, account and service diagnostics as part of its platform operation, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Sign-in is silent. If Play Games is unavailable or you have opted out, the Game works normally using the save on your device.
• The save belongs to your Google account, not to us. We cannot read, restore, or delete it, and we cannot recover it on your behalf. You manage and delete it through the Play Games app or Google's account controls. Deleting the cloud save does not delete the local save until you clear the Game's app data.
• If two devices have different progress, the Game keeps the save with more level progress and discards the other. Coins and power-ups travel with the save that is kept; they are not combined. A Remove Ads entitlement found on either save is always kept.
• Settings and your acceptance of the legal notice are not synced.
We do not guarantee that cloud save is available, succeeds, or preserves any particular data.
9) Notifications
With your permission, the Game may send occasional local reminder notifications scheduled on your device.
• Permission is requested inside the Game, not on first launch, and you may decline.
• You can turn notifications off at any time in Android Settings, and we can disable them remotely.
• Reminders are scheduled approximately and may arrive later than the stated time. The Game does not request Android's "exact alarm" permission, and we do not guarantee delivery.
10) Intellectual Property
All rights in the Game - including code, gameplay systems, text, design, visuals, audio, and the Arrow Bubble Pop name and branding - are owned by Gikeon or its licensors, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Asset and License Position
The Game uses a mix of:
• original game code and original game assets created for Arrow Bubble Pop;
• AI-assisted concept/reference workflows and custom generation pipelines;
• third-party components and assets used under their respective licenses.
Required license notices must be preserved where applicable.
Third-Party Trademarks
Third-party names, logos, SDK names, and trademarks (including Google, Google Play, AdMob, Firebase, AppLovin, Chartboost, InMobi, Mintegral, Moloco, Pangle, Unity Ads, Vungle/Liftoff, and GameAnalytics) belong to their respective owners. Mention of them is for identification only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

11) User Conduct
You agree not to:
• violate any law or third-party rights while using the Game;
• attempt unauthorized access to the Game or related services;
• use the Game in a way that could create legal, security, or operational harm.
12) Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time, including levels, balance, ads, integrations, configuration values, or features. We will provide notice of material changes or discontinuation where required by applicable law. A change to an ad partner or remote configuration value may take effect without an app update, subject to the Privacy Policy and platform rules.
13) Disclaimers
The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, delivery of notifications, retention or restoration of local or cloud progress, or compatibility with every device.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gikeon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, virtual items, cloud saves, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the Game.

18) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notice in the Game. Where applicable law requires affirmative acceptance of a material change, we will request it. Otherwise, continuing to use the Game after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law; you may stop using the Game if you do not agree.
19) Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the courts located in India, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your region requires otherwise.
