Q: Why can't I move a block in a specific direction?
A: In Arrow Escape: Block Puzzle, blocks are bound by strict movement physics. They can only move in the direction their arrow is pointing. If a path is blocked by an obstacle or another block, you must find a way to clear the path first.
Q: I lost a life! How do I prevent this?
A: You lose a life if a block is moved into a position where it is trapped against a permanent obstacle with no remaining legal moves to exit the board. Look out for "Strategic Ambiguity"—the most obvious first move is often a trap!
Q: If I delete the app, will I lose my Pixel Art Gallery?
A: Yes. To prioritize your privacy, Arrow Escape: Block Puzzle stores all game progress and collected art locally on your device. If the app is uninstalled, this local data will be cleared.
Q: I have a Premium subscription, but I reinstalled the app. How do I get my benefits back?
A: Don't worry! Your Premium Access is linked to your Apple ID or Google Play account, not your local save file. Simply go to the in-game Settings and tap "Restore Purchases" to reactivate your No-Ads and Daily Rewards.
Q: What do I get with Premium Access?
A: Premium members enjoy a completely Ad-Free experience (no banner or obligatory ads) and receive a Daily Reward boost of +3 Hints and +3 Guides every single day.
