Arrows Puzzle Escape
Last updated: 10 July 2026
This policy explains what happens to information when you play Arrows Puzzle Escape ("the Game"), published by Zineb Dev ("we", "us").
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Game.
The Game has no accounts and no sign-in. We never ask for your name, email, phone number or address.
Your progress is stored on your own device. We do not upload it, and we cannot see it.
The Game shows ads and offers purchases. The companies that provide those services collect technical information about your device, including an advertising identifier.
We do not sell your personal information.
The Game saves the following on the device itself, using the standard storage the operating system provides. None of it is sent to us:
Which levels you have cleared, and how many stars each earned
Your coin balance and any hints you are holding
Which arrow style you have chosen and which you have unlocked
Your settings: sound, vibration, fast mode
Whether you have seen the tutorial, and your daily-reward streak
Deleting the Game removes all of it. There is no copy anywhere else, so we cannot restore it for you.
To show ads, measure whether our advertising works, and process purchases, the Game includes software from other companies. Through them, the following may be collected:
A device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)
Device and technical data: device model, operating system version, language, country, screen size, network type
IP address, which indicates approximate location at the level of a city or region — the Game does not request or use precise GPS location
In-game events, such as starting the Game, finishing a level, or completing a purchase
Purchase and subscription status, so the Game knows whether ads should be hidden
We use this to keep the Game running, to understand which levels players reach, and to see which advertising campaigns bring in players.
Each of these has its own privacy policy, which governs what it does with the data it receives:

Purchases are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment happens inside their systems.
We never see or receive your card number, bank details or billing address. The Game is told only whether a purchase succeeded and what was bought.
On iOS. The first time it is relevant, the Game asks whether it may track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you say no, ads still appear but are less personalised. You can change your answer at any time in Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking.
On Android. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings ▸ Google ▸ Ads. Deleting it stops apps receiving a stable identifier.
Everywhere. Removing the Game deletes everything stored on your device. Buying the Remove Ads subscription stops ads being shown and stops the ad software requesting them.
The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live), and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If you believe a child has provided information through the Game, contact us at the address below and we will delete what we can.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to it being used for advertising.
Because we hold no personal information ourselves — your save is on your device and we have no server storing it — the fastest route for most requests is:
To delete everything we could reach: delete the Game from your device.
To limit advertising data: use the choices in section 5, or contact the companies in section 3 directly.
For anything else: write to us at emranpasio@gmail.com and we will help within 30 days.
Information sent by the software in the Game travels over encrypted connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy. When we do, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the updated policy.
