At the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, I am a research scholar in the Department of Civil Engineering. My primary research interest is near surface geophysical technique to study the critical zone. Other than that, my research area includes digital rock physics, rock physics modelling, petroleum seepage study and coal bed methane potential study.
