I found that an excellent way to gain insight into the Revenue Management field is through the Practical Revenue Management in Passenger Transportation course.

The content is written by an expert in the industry that had the ability to write in a very user friendly manner seeing that the vocabulary used is easy to understand and because each section begins with an introduction and ends with a summary which makes the work easier to grasp and to see the bigger picture.

I would recommend this course to anyone that is interested in this field even though they might have little to no theoretical knowledge of the industry. I would also recommend this course to someone that has limited time.

Gary has immense knowledge and experience in the field of revenue management. Also he is well versed with all the current practices happening around the world in RM.

Initially, it was really a tough decision at my end to start up the course as I was based in India and RM concept was not much popular, however Gary convinced and supported me well to start up. He made me understand the RM logics and concepts in very simple language and techniques for which I really started enjoying subject.
