Hello! i'm ale (AH-leh), a third year PhD student in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Interested in educational policy, civic engagement, and mathematics literacy. 

i hold a Masters of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. From 2020 to 2021 i was a Master's student in Mathematics, at UNAM in Mexico City. Before that, i completed my undergraduate degree in 2019 at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia in Bogotá, Colombia.
