User Agreement
Effective Date: November 13, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using My Offline Music Player, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. User Data & Storage
Local Storage: All user data, including playlists, offline music, and preferences, are stored locally on your device.
No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect personal or sensitive information from users.
4. SDK Usage
Firebase SDK: Used only for crash reporting and performance analytics. No personal user data is collected.
AdMob SDK: Used to display ads. Ads do not collect personal data from this app.
5. Subscriptions & Refunds
All subscriptions are processed via the App Store.
Refunds follow Apple’s App Store refund policies.
User Consent for Data Processing Related to Refund Requests:
When a user initiates a refund request, our server may receive a notification (CONSUMPTION_REQUEST) from Apple. We provide Apple with subscription-related consumption data only to assist in processing the refund. No personal or sensitive data is shared. By using this app, you consent to this data transmission as required for refund processing.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the app
Violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others
7. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
8. Termination
We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
