Conference Location

Where is the conference being held?

The 2019 Conference will be held at the Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Chandler Fashion Center at 1205 S Price Road, Chandler, AZ 85226

Directions to the Drury Inn & Suites

From Miami/Globe (East)

  1. Take the US-60 W.
  2. Follow US-60 W to AZ-202 Loop W to S Price Rd in Chandler.
  3. Take exit 50B from AZ-202 Loop W.
  4. Drive to S Price Rd. The hotel will be on the left.

From Tucson (South)

  1. Get on I-10 W from E Broadway Blvd.
  2. Follow I-10 W to E Queen Creek Rd in Maricopa County.
  3. Take exit 164 from I-10 W .
  4. Continue on E Queen Creek Rd.
  5. Drive to S Price Rd in Chandler. The hotel will be on the right.

From Flagstaff (North)

  1. Take Interstate 17 South.
  2. Continue on I-17 S to Chandler.
  3. Take exit 61A from AZ-101 Loop E.
  4. Drive to S Price Rd. The hotel will be on the left.

From Los Angeles (West)

  1. Take I-10 East to S Price Rd in Chandler.
  2. Take exit 50B from AZ-202 Loop W.
  3. Drive to S Price Rd. The hotel will be on the left.

How do I book my hotel room?

Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Chandler Fashion Center is conveniently located at Arizona Loop 202 and South Price Road at 1205 S Price Road, Chandler, AZ 85226.

Reservation deadline - Sunday, March 10, 2019

Reservations made after the deadline will only be provided on a space available basis at prevailing rates.

What if I find less expensive lodging at a different location?

The organization acquires a room block for your convenience, if the room blocks are not fulfilled, AzAIR is under contract and charged for the unused rooms.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Who can attend the conference?

Membership is open to any individual who conducts institutional research or related functions. It is also open to those individuals who are interested in institutional research.

What is the cost of the Conference registration? Are meals provided?

  • $99.00 Earlybird Registration Fee (ends on 3/10/2019 11:59 PM)
  • $109.00 General Registration Fee (Starts on 3/11/2019 12:00 AM & Ends on 3/29/2019 11:59 PM)
  • $119.00 Late/Onsite Registration Fee (Starts on 3/30/2019 12:00 AM)

Both breakfast and lunch are included on Friday, April 12th.

Registration is required for all Pre-Conference meetings & Conference day sessions.

Why do I need to register if I am only attending Thursday meetings?

Preparing for your meeting arrival involves space planning, audiovisual needs, printed materials, and food & beverage cost to the organization. Thank you for registering your attendance!

There is not a fee for those attending ONLY the Pre-Conference Meetings on 04/11/19.

How do I register for the conference?

Can I register a group of people from my office?

Yes, you can register more than one person on the same registration. If there are fees involved with this event, the fees for all registrants in the group will be added together and charged to the first person in the group. Only one form of payment can be used for group registration.

What are the Payment Options?

When finalizing registration, you will see three payment options.

1) QUIKPAY (for Credit Card payments)

To pay by credit card, select the QuikPay option. When you select the "Make Payment"l link,

you will be taken to the QuikPay website to pay your fees.

Once the transaction is complete, you will be returned to your registration.

2) CHECK

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received after March 29, 2019 will be subject to a $35 cancellation fee.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation notification.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

If there is no charge for the Welcome Reception, why is it necessary to log my attendance?

Support documentation is required by the Colleges and Universities for all business meals and related expenses.
