After I was graduated from Trinity College Dublin University, while I organised a conference as the Director of Women’s Affairs at University Student Chamber International which is a UN NGO with ECOSOC consultative status, I have worked as a secretary at the office of M.P. Toshiko Abe who is former Vice Minister at the Foreign Ministery of Japan and the Ministery Agriculture, Forestry and Fishers as well as Foreign Affairs Committee Chair.

JYPS stands for Japan Youth Platform for Sustainability and this organisation is a platform for youth to join the international conversations, policy making and advocacy.
Launch the social media accounts such as YouTube, Instagram and Twitter (planning, advertising and managing)
I am comfortable with using Twitter ad functions like Twitter cards. The conversational card on the left increases user engagement as you can see at the bottom tweet because if you tap the hashtag, automatically generate a tweet with content. This is more effective to expose the media than retweets because it is a primary call.
The right one is called a carousel card which also increases engagement because the whole part of the thumbnail is visible and people can scroll.
Set up the LINE official account (coding for the LINE rich menu)
After facilitating the LINE marketing operation, I created the advertisement with the QR code, put it at the office and asked people to register so we archived over 500 registered users.
In addition to my marketing skills, my abilities to take and edit photographs, graphic designing, video creating and web designing, etc, would be a precious asset for your organisation because that enables you to put your ideas and strategies directly into your own media contents. As a result, this can bring you more time/cost efficiency, better communication and improved content. The combination of a deep understanding of sociology and humanitarians, the experience of marketing and the ability to create audiovisual media & graphics would make a solid contribution to your team.
Quality of the image matters when you want to increase user engagements. To post content on a daily basis, photographing & editing skills would be crucial.
Infographic is an effective tool to explain difficult concepts by visualisation.

Movies catch even more attention from the audience than images. However, solely video editing skill is not enough because the content also matters to achieve the final goal (CV). Therefore having knowledge of Irish culture and social marketing as well as creating videos as a promoting tool would be a great advantage for marketers to output the projects and strategies.

Renewal the web page (coordinating and web designing & engineering)
In terms of the renewal of the official web page, not just I significantly improved the design into more dynamic and intellectual, but also added new useful features to answer the needs for the digital election such as inserting the YouTube channel to the manifest page with sharing function, setting out the leading system to the social media accounts and application forms for the Supporter’s Association, political donations and accession to the party. Connecting the webpage to Google Analytics and Google Search Console and analysing Google Trend, I regularly reported the KPI output and suggested improvement plans which consequently led to the rise of CTR and locationally targeted engagement.
Organised the conference through networking, planning, promoting (Branding, Web Designing and Graphic Designing, Advertising Events at Facebook and Peatix and writing the press release) and logistics
Involved various outstanding stakeholders such as the President at PwC Japan, the Vice Provost at the University of Tokyo, the Parliamentary Secretary of Ministry of Education and the head editor of women’s section at NIKKEI, and adjust their different interests
Dealt with the tough COVID situation and motivated the people to hold the event after a one-year postpone.

After this conference, the stakeholders are connected. For example, the actions of U Tokyo was featured by NIKKEI. U Tokyo and PwC Japan started to collaborate on the matter to solve social issues like gender inequality.
At this event, there were over 1,000 people in this room and outside of the building. Also, we had to live stream the recording on the fourth floor to the third floor and connect to the former Minister, Taro Kono on the Zoom. I did all the technical preparation such as making a list of the necessary devices, setting them and checking them working properly. The skills of live streaming and logistics under the pressure would be more demanded nowadays. I have more experience at WAW!, which is an international conference organised by the MOFA Japan, and my own event Women’s Leadership Summit, etc.
2018 August
My initiative to work on the better society strikes me to do volunteering in education at a local school in the Philippines with Project Abroad.
The Filipino local school gave me a certificate to appreciate my great contribution in the area of language education of both English and Japanese, and gender study.
Since the price of rice has gone down, currently we had been working on negotiating with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishers and building the ecosystem with the WFP at the M.P.’s office.
My part was supporting my boss through collecting the information materials from the Japanese government, setting up meetings and writing a request letter to the headquarter of the WFP.
