ArcShift – Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
1. About this policy and the responsible developer
This Privacy Policy explains how ArcShift, an Android game published under the Kullion Games name, handles information when you play, make an in-app purchase, visit this policy page, or contact support.
The person or legal entity responsible for the processing described as ours is [FULL LEGAL NAME OR REGISTERED COMPANY NAME], trading as Kullion Games.
Postal address: [FULL BUSINESS POSTAL ADDRESS, COUNTRY].
Privacy and support contact: kulliongames@gmail.com.
In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to that developer. Google's processing in connection with its own services is explained separately below and in Google's privacy information.
2. Information stored during gameplay
ArcShift saves gameplay information on your device to provide the features you use. Local records may include saved progress, scores, gameplay statistics, unlocked content, language and audio preferences, and cached purchase entitlements. The exact records depend on the features you use.
These records allow the game to remember your choices, show your results, continue your progress, and recognize content that has been unlocked. They are not sent to a developer-operated gameplay server, an online leaderboard, or an analytics service. We do not create a remotely hosted player profile from your local gameplay history.
Information processed for purchases, operating-system services, and support is separate from these local game records and is described below.
3. Accounts, permissions, advertising, and tracking
ArcShift does not require a Kullion Games account and does not offer in-app account registration. It does not integrate Google Play Games Services, online player profiles, or developer-operated cloud saves. A Google account used by the Play Store is separate from an account in the game.
The game does not request access to your contacts, messages, precise location, camera, microphone, or personal photos and videos. It does not ask you to enter your real name, address, email address, or date of birth during ordinary play.
We do not include advertising networks, personalized advertising, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or other embedded analytics or remote diagnostic SDKs in the game. We do not sell or rent personal information or use gameplay records for cross-app advertising profiles. This does not mean that Google Play or Android stops processing its own service information.
4. Google Play Billing and in-app purchases
ArcShift offers optional purchases through Google Play Billing. Payment checkout is provided by Google Play. The game does not collect your payment-card number, bank-account credentials, or Google account password.
The app communicates with Google Play to retrieve product information, receive purchase results, acknowledge completed purchases, grant purchased content, and recognize eligible existing purchases. Purchase information can include product identifiers, purchase tokens, purchase state, purchase time, and an order identifier where returned. This information is used for purchase handling and access to content, not advertising.
The app does not send purchase tokens to a developer-operated purchase-validation server. We may review order information made available to us in Google Play Console when responding to a purchase issue, processing a refund, or maintaining required transaction records. You may also choose to provide an order reference when contacting support.
Google's account, payment, and related service-data processing is described in its Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en. This developer policy does not replace Google's notices.
5. Android services and device backups
Google Play and Android may process information independently when distributing or updating the game, providing purchases, or operating device services. Their handling of information depends on the relevant services, device configuration, and user settings.
If the app's configuration and your device settings permit Android backup or device-to-device transfer, locally stored game information may be copied or restored through those platform features. This is different from a cloud-save service operated by Kullion Games. Check your device and Google account backup settings to manage any such copies.
We cannot delete Google-held purchase records or platform backups merely by removing the local copy of the game's data.
6. Information you provide when contacting support
If you email kulliongames@gmail.com about ArcShift, we receive your email address, the sender name included in your message, your message contents, and any attachments or technical or order information you choose to provide.
We use this information to respond, investigate the reported problem, assist with purchase questions, and handle privacy requests. Please provide only information relevant to your request. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Support correspondence is handled through our Google email service. It is not automatically added to a marketing mailing list. Contacting us does not give us remote access to your device or to your local saved game.
7. Purposes and legal bases
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, personal information needed to fulfill purchased content or provide related contractual support is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b). General inquiries and proportionate security or abuse-handling activities are processed on the basis of our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f): responding to users and protecting our service, subject to your rights and interests. Records that we must keep to meet a legal obligation are processed under Article 6(1)(c).
Where a separate activity requires consent, we obtain that consent for the specific purpose before processing and allow it to be withdrawn. Merely installing the game or reading this policy is not consent to additional data collection.
Providing support information is voluntary, although we may be unable to resolve a request without the details needed to investigate it.
8. Recipients and international processing
We limit access to personal information to the developer and any authorized people who need it for the purposes described here. Google is involved in the purchase, email, and website services described in this policy. Information may also be disclosed where a binding legal obligation requires it, or where necessary and legally permitted to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.
Google operates services internationally. Its Privacy Policy and transfer information describe its processing locations and applicable arrangements: https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks?hl=en.
For international transfers of support or other personal data for which we are responsible: [DESCRIBE THE ACTUAL RECIPIENTS, DESTINATION COUNTRIES, AND APPLICABLE TRANSFER MECHANISM OR SAFEGUARDS; IF NO SUCH TRANSFER OCCURS, SAY SO]. You may contact us to obtain information about applicable safeguards or a copy where available.
9. Retention and deletion
Local game data is retained on your device until you clear it, it is replaced during normal use, or the app and its local data are removed. To reset the local records for ArcShift, open your device's app settings, select ArcShift, and use the storage option to clear app data. Menu names vary by device. Clearing the cache alone may not remove saved progress.
Clearing app data can erase local settings and progress. It does not necessarily remove platform backups, and eligible purchases may be recognized again through Google Play. Uninstalling the game does not by itself delete Google-held account information or transaction records.
Support correspondence is retained for [INSERT THE ACTUAL RETENTION PERIOD OR CLEAR RETENTION CRITERIA FOR SUPPORT MESSAGES, INCLUDING WHEN THE PERIOD STARTS]. Transaction or other records subject to legal retention requirements are kept for [INSERT THE APPLICABLE RECORD CATEGORIES, RETENTION PERIODS, AND LEGAL BASIS, OR REMOVE IF NOT APPLICABLE]. We restrict retained information to the relevant purpose and delete or anonymize it when that purpose and any required retention period have ended.
To request deletion of personal information held by us, email kulliongames@gmail.com and identify the relevant correspondence or issue. We may request proportionate information to verify that the request relates to your data. We will explain any lawful reason that prevents immediate deletion. Requests concerning data controlled by Google should be made using Google's privacy controls or support channels.
10. Security
We limit the information used for support and purchase administration and restrict access to the accounts used for those activities. Local game records use Android's app storage protections. Network access to purchase services and this hosted policy page uses secure service connections.
No method of storage or communication can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your device and operating system updated, protect access to your device and email account, and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.
11. Your rights and children's privacy
Depending on your location and the applicable legal conditions, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority. Contact kulliongames@gmail.com to exercise your rights. We respond within the periods required by applicable law. We do not need to collect additional identifying information solely to identify otherwise unlinked local gameplay records.
The privacy practices described here apply to all players. Ordinary gameplay does not require children to submit personal contact information to us. We do not use children's personal information for behavioral advertising. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided unnecessary personal information through support may contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required. Google account and purchase settings are managed through the relevant Google services.
12. This website, policy changes, and contact
This privacy-policy webpage is hosted on Google Sites. Visiting it involves a request to Google's services, which may process connection information such as an IP address and browser or device details, and use cookies or similar technologies as described in Google's Privacy Policy. We have not added separate website analytics, advertising tools, or third-party embedded content to this policy page.
External links open services governed by their own privacy information. We may update this policy to reflect changes to ArcShift, our practices, or applicable requirements. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required before introducing a relevant new use of personal information.
For questions about this policy or privacy in ArcShift, contact Kullion Games at kulliongames@gmail.com.
