Ø Once the form is received, we will have a call to discuss what you would like to change and what your desired outcome would - this allows the therapy to be tailored specifically for you.
Ø Your session can take place in person or via Skype/Zoom
Ø It will be for approx. 3 hours
Ø Which includes hypnosis where we will go back to the root cause of the issue/s
Ø We replace the issues (old beliefs) that rapidly come to the surface in order for you to process, understand and heal along with rewiring new, more beneficial, healthy beliefs and patterns
Ø during our session, a personalised recording is created for you
Ø The personalized recording from the session is sent to you, which you must listen to for 28 days
Ø Follow up is done regularly via email / text messages to support you throughout the process.

2. You should decide on one issue that you would like to work on
3. You will be sent a Client Intake Form which will need to be read, signed and returned, before our session (for me to prepare)
4. You will also be sent a copy of Terms and Conditions
5. Once I receive the filled Client Intake Form, we will have a call to discuss more on the issue/problem that you would like to work on, in which you will let me know what is your desired outcome from our session (This allows me to prepare for a session tailored for you)
6. We will set a date and time for your session (Skype/Zoom)
7. It will take approximately 3 hours for a session
8. In the session, I will hypnotize you and we will go back to the root cause of the issue/problem
9. Then we work together and replace the old belief with new ones (healing processes)
10. At the end of our session, I create a personalised recording for you
11. Post our session, I will send this recording to you which was customized for you
12. It’s beneficial to listen to your recording for 21 days or more to get the best of your session (you must listen to the recording at least once in a day)
13. Listening to the personalized recording will break the old, unwanted beliefs, behaviours & thought processes and will be replaced with a new, positive beliefs and behaviours and rewire your subconscious mind
14. I will check on you regularly via email or message to support you throughout your healing process
15. You can contact me if you need immediate support within 28 days of the session (of course within working hours)
You have to be an active participant in your healing journey….
Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation of the nervous system. It is like a deep meditation state where you are always in control and completely safe. A state of concentration and focus. No one can make you do anything which you do not want to do when you are in hypnosis. You know where you are at all times and come out of it at any time. You are completely aware of your surroundings.
Hypnosis is a feeling of being physically, mentally and emotionally relaxed. Everyone has a different experience. Some feel sleepy, some feel like a floating sensation and for some it’s a trance like state.
It does not matter how deep you are in hypnosis – it works anyways! RTT works!
There are 3 types of change (depending from person to person):
· Immediate: You feel an immediate change in your thoughts and behaviours right in the session
· Cumulative: You see consistent shifts every day or over time
· Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life
No, never!! You can never be stuck in hypnosis. When in hypnosis you talk, you can move your body or leave the session mid-way.
You are totally in control throughout.
As our session would be through zoom or skype and just in case our call gets disconnected you will notice that you are not hearing my voice and you either just open your eyes or just drift into sleep and wake up in sometime.
It’s ok to not share and keep details to yourself. During hypnosis you are in complete control and if you don’t wish to share something, you won’t. The session still works because you will tell me how that incident made you feel.
RTT works because it helps you understand and fix the root cause of the issue i.e., helps in erasing the issue at core level and replace it with a new belief. Unlike other therapies where you work with the symptoms of the issue.
Absolutely. All the session are private & confidential and nothing is disclosed to anyone.
We will have our session on zoom/Skype/Google meet. It will be the client (above 15 years) and me on the call. No one else whatsoever will be allowed in the session, hence they can feel comfortable and open up during the session.
It’s a process for inducing a relaxed state of mind and it’s a space for communication between your conscious and unconscious mind.
Hypnosis is a natural state which we go into all the time. When you are in hypnosis you get access to the unconscious mind.
E.g.,
a) It is like, when you are driving a car, you are in auto pilot mode and you reach your destination but you don’t remember the path
b) When you are watching a movie and the doorbell rings or the phone rings and you jump
c) Every time to go to sleep, we pass through hypnosis state
You are in hypnosis state in the above examples and there are many more like these….
It isn’t really that important. Results are not linked to the depth of hypnosis/trance. So, don’t worry about how deep you go. Just believe and keep an open mind that “This is working and it is effective”.
The mind can only focus on one thing at a time. We focus on the issue that is the top priority for you.
The pre-session form gives me all the information that helps me to understand and prepare for your session. We can get straight into the powerful part of the session by saving our valuable time by collecting background information during our session.
