Overview
Archaeopteryx.js is a software tool for the visualization and analysis of potentially large and highly annotated phylogenetic trees on the web.
Archaeopteryx.js is written in JavaScript and makes use of the D3.js JavaScript library. Currently, Archaeopteryx.js can read and display trees in phyloXML and New Hampshire/Newick format.
The desktop counterpart of Archaeopteryx.js is Archaeopteryx.
