I chose this particular project because I have always had a passion for archaeology and was lucky enough to take part in an archaeological dig in my home county. Ancient ruins and artifacts have always fascinated me which is why I wanted to discuss some of the most fascinating archaeological finds in Peru that I found during my research. I included an article about the danger that historical ruins are facing in Peru because I am a firm believer in "those who forget history are doomed to repeat it". I think humans should know and remember their history in order to have a better future.
