Building are aim to be a landmark of Pekan Lama Niai in return for acknowledgement to the street. The traditional roof are used to bring the old memories back as the street hold a precious historical moment including the heritage that left behind. in order to blend with the old shop lot, timber is chosen to emphasize the value of the haritage and giving the obvious character and function as a NIlai Traditional Food Centre.
