Breton Dance Workshops at ARCENE – with Instructor Erwan Haine

At ARCENE in Uccle, young people have the opportunity to discover the energy, rhythm, and cultural richness of traditional Breton dances through engaging workshops led by Erwan Haine.

Rooted in centuries of history, Breton dances are accessible, social, and dynamic—making them ideal for youth seeking a creative and interactive activity. Erwan brings decades of experience to the sessions: he grew up in a Brussels Breton dance group founded by his parents in 1982 and has been teaching independently since 2009, sharing both technique and the cultural stories behind the dances.

ARCENE’s dance workshops are designed as inclusive and participatory spaces, where young people from diverse backgrounds can move, express themselves, collaborate, and build confidence.
