Commentary:

This piece was meant to the first one in a much bigger Valentines day series, but I didn't have time to draw every day. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out though.

It was meant to the struggle of someone in love with them carrying their heart up a mountain only for them to be rejected. The idea for this was inspired by the story of Sisyphus. Alongside that it was meant to show how I feel in relationships with me thinking I have to prove myself and if I'm not good enough I have to restart dragging my heart up again.
