• Fitness & Health Data: Exercise logs, workout metrics (sets, reps, volume), and progress tracking.

• Media & Physique Data: If you choose to use the AI fitness assessment, you may upload photos of your physique. These are used solely to generate AI insights and training plans.

B. Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This may include:

• Your Device's IP address, browser type, and version.

• The pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and time spent on those pages.

• Unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

2. Permissions and Data Handling

To provide the core "Solo Leveling" and fitness features, the App requests the following:

• Camera & Photo Library: To upload images for AI-enhanced visual generation and physique analysis.

• Storage: To save your generated "Player Cards" or workout summaries.

• Notifications: To send quest reminders and rank-up alerts.

Important: We do not sell or rent your personal or physique data to third parties. Your photos are processed via secure AI APIs and are not used to train external AI models without your explicit consent.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (e.g., AI processing, analytics). These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

• AI Services: OpenAI, Stability AI, or similar (for content generation).

• Analytics: Mixpanel and AppsFlyer (to understand app performance).

4. Child Safety & CSAE Zero-Tolerance

Axe AI has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

• Users are strictly prohibited from generating or uploading content that depicts the exploitation of children.

• We utilize automated tools to detect and prevent the generation of restricted content.

• Any violation will result in an immediate permanent ban and a report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.

5. Generative AI Content

As an AI-powered app, Axe AI provides in-app reporting features. Users can flag any AI-generated content that is offensive or violates our terms. We review these reports within 24–48 hours to improve our safety filters.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

• Account Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data directly within the app settings or by emailing us.

• Image Data: Uploaded physique images are stored temporarily for processing and are automatically deleted after the AI assessment is completed.

7. Security of Your Data

The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect your data during transit. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
