Annual HOA Membership Dues are $125 collected via mail/check to our treasurer. Dues go towards security and maintenance of the front entrance. The neighborhood HOA also OWNS the privacy fences and retention ponds protecting the drainage integrity of the subdivision. Fine Schedule is here.
