By downloading or using the AURA UP app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, strictly do not use the application.

## 2. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

## 3. Health Disclaimer

This app provides facial analysis for aesthetic and informational purposes only.

*   **Not Medical Advice**: The content, analysis, and suggestions provided are NOT medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

*   **Consult a Professional**: Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

## 4. Subscriptions and Payments

*   **Payment**: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

*   **Renewal**: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

*   **Management**: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

## 5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the app are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

## 6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

## 7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AURA UP or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app.

## 8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app developer is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
