Jan Littlefield, 72, of Littleton, Colorado, passed away on September 16, 2023. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on August 23, 1951 to Paul and Phyllis Heitzer. She grew up in Littleton, Colorado, after moving from Pittsburgh at a young age. She was a graduate of Arapahoe High School and the University of Colorado. She also received a master’s degree in librarianship from the University of Denver Graduate School of Librarianship.
She worked as a paralegal for many years at several large Denver law firms. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting, quilting and crafting jewelry, cooking and spending time with her many friends. She loved animals, always having dogs and cats in her home.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years Dan Littlefield. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother James.
A memorial is planned for later this year. Her cremains will be inurned with her parents and brother at the First Universalist Church of Denver's Memorial Garden.
