Farm & Coop Data: We collect data regarding your farm coops, poultry counts, feed usage, health logs, and inventory items that you record inside the App.
Location Data: We access your device's location (coarse and fine location) strictly to help you pin and display the geographic location of your coops on the map.
Camera & Photos: We access your device's camera when you take photos of inventory items or record farm logs to upload directly to the App. We do not access your stored photo gallery unless you explicitly pick an image.
Device and Notification Tokens: We collect FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) tokens to send you daily reminders and system notifications.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
Provide, run, and maintain the App's core services.
Manage your farm members and coop data.]Send you push notifications and reminders.
Enhance safety and resolve app bugs.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with third-party services that are essential to operate the App:
Firebase (Google): Used to deliver push notifications and reminder alerts.
Map Providers (OpenStreetMap): Used to display interactive maps and capture coordinates for coops.
5. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active.
Requesting Data Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated farm data at any time. To request deletion, you can contact our Support Team via WhatsApp at +62 813-1087-060.
Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete all your personal account information and associated farm logs from our databases within 7 business days.
