AramSoft Shop Privacy Policy

AramSoft Shop is a mobile application for small shops to manage sales, products, stock, reports, and related business operations.

Information we collectDepending on how the app is used, we may collect and process:- Store registration information, such as store name, owner name, phone number, login name, and generated store code.- Account and access information, such as user role, login session token, device identifier, Android ID where available, device name, platform, app version, IP address, and last login time. Passwords are protected and are not stored as plain text.- Business data entered by the user, including products, categories, prices, barcodes, product images, stock records, receipts, sales, payment type, reports, and settings.- Images selected or taken by the user for product cards.- Barcode, QR code, and Data Matrix scan results when the scanner or camera is used.- Bluetooth scanner connection information when the user connects a BLE barcode scanner.- KKM/fiscal device settings entered by the user, such as device IP address and port.
How we use informationWe use this information to:- Create and manage store accounts.- Authenticate users and protect store access.- Process sales, stock movements, product catalog data, and reports.- Provide barcode/Data Matrix scanning and product lookup functions.- Connect to external devices such as BLE scanners and KKM/fiscal devices when configured by the user.- Provide technical support, improve reliability, and prevent abuse of trial registration.
Permissions and device accessThe app may request access to:- Camera: to scan barcodes, QR codes, Data Matrix codes, and take product photos.- Photos/media: to select product images.- Bluetooth: to connect compatible BLE barcode scanners.- Internet/network: to connect to the AramSoft Shop server and related services.- Local storage: to keep login/session data and local sales/cache data on the device.
Sharing of informationWe do not sell user data to advertisers.Data may be processed on our server to provide the app service.Some product lookup features may send barcode or product code information to external product registry services only when the user uses such lookup functionality.
Data storage and securityBusiness and account data is stored on the AramSoft Shop server and/or locally on the user's device where needed for the app to function.We use authentication tokens and password hashing to protect access.Users should keep their login details secure.

ChildrenThe app is intended for business use by shop owners and employees. It is not intended for children.
