## 1. Information We Collect
AR Studio does **not** require you to create an account or log in, and we do not collect your name, email address, or other personally identifiable information directly from you.
### 1.1 Camera Access (Augmented Reality)
AR Studio uses your device's **camera** to power its augmented reality features, including floor-plane detection, real-world scale furniture placement, and depth-aware occlusion (via ARCore).
- Camera data is processed **in real time, on-device**, solely to render the AR experience (e.g., detecting floor surfaces and placing 3D objects).
- We do **not** record, store, upload, or transmit your camera feed, photos, or video to our servers or any third party.
- Camera access is used only while you are actively using the AR placement feature and can be revoked at any time through your device settings.
### 1.2 Device Storage / File Access (Custom 3D Model Import)
To let you import your own custom GLB/3D model files, the App may request access to your device's storage or file picker.
- This access is used only to let you select and import a GLB file you choose.
- Imported files are stored **locally on your device** and are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to share or export them.
- We do not scan, access, or collect any other files on your device beyond what you actively select for import.
### 1.3 Data Collected via Google AdMob (Advertising)
We use **Google AdMob** to display advertisements within the App. AdMob may automatically collect and process:
- Advertising ID (a resettable device identifier)
- Device information (device model, OS version, language, screen size)
- IP address (approximate location, e.g., city/country level)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, dismissals)
- Diagnostic and performance data related to ad delivery
This data is used to display and measure ads, and, where applicable, to personalize ads based on your interests. You may opt out of personalized advertising (see Section 5).
### 1.4 Data Collected via Analytics
We use analytics services (such as Google Analytics/Firebase Analytics) to understand how users interact with the App, including:
- App usage patterns (screens visited, features used, session length, models placed)
- Device and OS information
- Crash reports and performance diagnostics
- General, non-precise location (derived from IP address)
This information is aggregated and used to improve app performance, fix bugs, and enhance the AR/UX experience. It is not used to personally identify you.
### 1.5 Locally Stored Data
To provide core functionality, AR Studio stores certain data **locally on your device only**, including:
- App preferences (selected language out of 17 supported languages, Light/Dark theme setting)
- Imported custom GLB model files
- Recently used or favorited 3D models/layouts (if applicable)
This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly choose to export or share it.

We use the information described above to:
- Operate and render the App's AR and 3D visualization features
- Let you import and preview your own custom 3D models
- Display and measure advertisements
- Understand usage trends to improve features and performance
- Diagnose and fix technical issues
- Comply with legal obligations
We do **not** sell your personal information to third parties.

## 4. Permissions

We request only the permissions necessary for the App's core functionality. You can review or revoke permissions anytime via your device Settings > Apps > AR Studio > Permissions.
## 5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
## 6. Data Retention
- Locally stored data (imported models, preferences, theme/language settings) remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App.
- Analytics and advertising data collected by third-party services is retained according to those providers' own retention policies.
## 7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed in connection with the App. Camera data is processed on-device and is never transmitted off your device by us. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
