Welcome to AR Drawio. Please read and thoroughly understand this Terms of Service / User Agreement ("Agreement") before installing or using our mobile application. By accessing or using AR Drawio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
1. Description of Service
AR Drawio provides local utility services, including image-to-stencil conversion, AR-assisted layout projection, and screen-based tracing. The Application is an account-free, fully localized tool and does not offer remote storage or cloud-based social networking capabilities.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, software code, UI designs, original stencils, and asset rights built natively into the Application remain the exclusive property of the Application developer.
When using the "Upload Local Illustration" feature, you must ensure that you own the appropriate copyrights or licenses for the imported images. The Application shall not be held liable for any copyright infringement or intellectual property disputes arising from the user's localized tracing or distribution of copyrighted third-party materials.
3. User Conduct Restrictions
You agree to use the Application in compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. You must not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, exploit bugs, or engage in any unlawful activity using this software.
4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any express or implied warranties.
Because using the "AR Projection" mode involves extended usage of physical sketching setups and looking through a screen, please ensure you practice drawing in a safe, well-lit physical environment. The Application developer shall not be held liable for any bodily injury, property damage, hardware dropping, or eye strain resulting from user operations.
As all application data is stored purely offline, data lost due to app deletion, factory resets, or system cache clearance is the sole responsibility of the user.
5. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time to reflect software updates or legal modifications. Continued use of the Application following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer resides.
