No message, image, audio recording or location is sent to the Third-Party AI Service until You agree. If You decline, the AI features will not work and no data is sent.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include Your Device's Internet Protocol address, device type and operating system version, unique device or app-installation identifiers, the screens You visit, taps and other interactions with the Application, the time and date of use, and diagnostic data.

Artificial Intelligence Processing and Data Sent to Third Parties

The Application uses third-party services to work. The list below states exactly what data is sent, to whom, and why. Data is sent only when You use the related feature, and only after You have given consent as described above.

1. Google Gemini API (Google LLC, United States) - AI processing

Data sent: Your text messages and the conversation within Your current session; images You submit for analysis; audio recordings You submit for voice-to-text; text converted from Your voice; and, when You use the location feature, Your coordinates and place name.

Purpose: To understand Your requests and generate responses, including automation, translation, summarization, document generation, image analysis, and voice-to-text.

2. DuckDuckGo (DuckDuckGo, Inc.) - Web search

Data sent: The search text for questions that need up-to-date information.

Purpose: To find information and sources for Your question.

3. Open-Meteo (Open-Meteo.com) - Weather

Data sent: The name of the city You ask about.

Purpose: To show weather information.

4. open.er-api.com (ExchangeRate-API) - Currency rates

Data sent: The currency code You ask about.

Purpose: To show exchange rates.

5. OpenStreetMap Nominatim (OpenStreetMap Foundation) - Place names

Data sent: Your device coordinates and Your IP address.

Purpose: To convert Your coordinates into a readable place name.

6. Google Maps (Google LLC) - Maps

Data sent: Your coordinates, when the Application opens Google Maps or Your browser to show Your position.

Purpose: To show Your location on a map.

7. Firebase (Google LLC) - Configuration

Data sent: App-installation identifiers and basic device information.

Purpose: To deliver app configuration and keep the Service running.

8. Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) - Usage analytics

Data sent: Usage Data such as taps, scrolling, screens visited, and device information.

Purpose: To understand how the Application is used and to improve it.

Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy and terms. We only use providers that protect data at a level that is the same as, or equal to, the protection described in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell Your Personal Data and We do not use it for advertising.

We do not use Your conversations, images, or audio to train our own AI models. Conversation history is stored locally on Your device and is not sent to our servers. We do not have access to the content of Your conversations.

Health and Medical Information

The Application may provide general health and wellness information generated by AI. This information is for general guidance only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace a qualified healthcare professional. When the Application provides health information, it shows sources and links so You can check the information. Always consult a doctor or qualified specialist before making health decisions. In an emergency, contact Your local emergency services immediately.

Third-Party Services and Actions

Our Application may open other applications on Your device, based on Your instructions:

Messaging Applications (WhatsApp, SMS): Our Application may open a messaging application with pre-filled content. We do not send messages on Your behalf. You must confirm and send them Yourself. The content of messages is not stored on our servers.

Web Browser: Our Application may open links or searches in Your device's web browser.

Device Calendar and Reminders: Our Application may schedule reminders and events on Your device based on Your instructions.

Google Maps: When You request location information, Our Application may open Google Maps. Google's use of data within its application is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Use of Your Personal Data
