To delete your AquaGo account:
1. Open the AquaGo app.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Select "Delete Account".
5. Confirm the deletion request.
Once confirmed, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

By voluntarily opting in to AquaGo promotional SMS messages, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from AquaGo at the mobile number you provided.
Messages may include service promotions, discounts, special offers, AquaGo updates, and information about mobile car wash and detailing services.
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any AquaGo service.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any AquaGo promotional SMS message.
After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed.
For assistance, reply HELP.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
AquaGo will not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

AquaGo may review provider applications, documentation, identification, vehicle information, insurance, equipment, and other information before allowing access to provider features.
Approval does not guarantee future service requests or earnings.

Service professionals may take photos of vehicles before and after service for documentation, quality control, dispute resolution, and service records.
These images may be stored securely as part of the service record.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AquaGo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
