Aquacorn（以下「当方」）は、スマートフォン向けアプリ「ClipStop」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
## 1. 取得する情報
本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所、位置情報、連絡先、広告識別子等の個人情報を取得しません。
本アプリは、利用者が明示的に操作した場合に限り、端末のカメラおよびマイクを使用して動画を撮影し、カメラを使用して写真を撮影することがあります。これらの撮影データは、本アプリの機能提供のために端末上でのみ取り扱われます。
## 2. カメラ、マイク、および写真ライブラリの利用
本アプリは、以下の目的で端末の機能を利用します。
- カメラ: 動画撮影および写真撮影のため
- マイク: 音声付き動画を録画するため
- 写真ライブラリまたはメディアストレージ: 撮影した動画や写真を利用者の端末内に保存するため
本アプリが撮影した動画および写真は、利用者の端末内の写真ライブラリまたはメディアストレージに保存されます。当方のサーバーまたは第三者へ送信、共有されることはありません。
## 3. 端末の向き・モーション情報の利用
本アプリは、録画画面の表示や操作部品の向きを最適化するため、端末の向きやモーション情報を利用する場合があります。
これらの情報は本アプリ内でリアルタイムに利用されるのみであり、当方のサーバーまたは第三者へ送信、保存、共有されることはありません。
## 4. 情報の保存について
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報、撮影データ、端末の向き・モーション情報を外部サーバーへ送信しません。
また、利用者個人を識別できる情報を当方が端末外に保存することはありません。

当方は、本アプリを通じて取得または取り扱う情報を第三者に提供しません。
## 6. アクセス解析・広告について
本アプリは、現時点でアクセス解析ツール、行動追跡、広告配信サービスを利用していません。

Aquacorn ("we", "our", or "us") provides the mobile application "ClipStop" (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the App.

The App may use your device's camera and microphone to record videos, and your device's camera to take photos, only when you explicitly use those features. Such captured media is handled only on the device in order to provide the App's functionality.

The App uses the following device features for the following purposes:
- Camera: to record videos and take photos
- Microphone: to record audio with videos
- Photo library or media storage: to save captured videos and photos on the user's device
Videos and photos captured by the App are saved to the user's device photo library or media storage. They are not sent to our servers or shared with third parties.
## 3. Device Orientation and Motion Data
The App may use device orientation or motion data in order to optimize the recording interface and the orientation of on-screen controls.
This information is used only locally on the device in real time. It is not sent to our servers or to any third party, and it is not stored externally by us.
