This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which AquaCleaner ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of our mobile application ("App"). This privacy policy applies to the App and all products and services offered by AquaCleaner.
Information We Collect
Non-personal identification information ("Usage Data")
Non-personal identification information may include IP address (not linked to a specific individual), browser name, type of computer or mobile device, operating system, Internet service providers utilized, and other similar technical information.
AquaCleaner does not collect non-personal identification information directly. However, our App uses third-party services that may collect such information whenever Users interact with our App. These third-party services are detailed in the "Third-party service providers" section below.
Personal identification information
Personal identification information may include your email address, phone number, device unique ID, or any data that can be used to identify a specific individual.
AquaCleaner does not collect and/or transmit your personal identification information to our servers.
Location information
AquaCleaner does not collect and/or transmit your precise location information to our servers. Some features of our App may have the ability to read your general location from your mobile device to enhance functionality, but precise location information will not be transmitted to us. Our advertising partners may collect the device's IP address to estimate the general geographic region for ad display, fraud prevention, or security purposes.
SMS and call log information
AquaCleaner does not collect and/or transmit your SMS or call log information to our servers.
Physical activity information
AquaCleaner does not collect and/or transmit your physical activity information to our servers.
Calendar events information
AquaCleaner does not collect and/or transmit your calendar events information to our servers.
Nearby devices information
AquaCleaner does not collect and/or transmit your nearby devices information to our servers.
Pictures and video information
AquaCleaner does not collect and/or transmit your pictures and video information to our servers.
Installed application information
Our App may use a crash reporting service to help us identify bugs and other issues that may impair the user experience. In the event of malfunction or failure, certain information is transmitted to the crash reporting service. This information may include metadata of the application currently running and the version of Google Play Services. The information is only used to help us identify bugs, prevent fraud, and improve security. Besides that, AquaCleaner does not collect and/or transmit your installed applications information (e.g., application name, package name, version name, and other metadata) to our servers.
How We Use Collected Information
AquaCleaner collects and uses information for the following purposes:
To improve our App – We may use information in the aggregate to better understand how you access and use our services, for the purpose of improving our App based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
To improve customer service – Your information helps us respond more effectively to your customer service requests and support needs.
Eligibility and Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age (or the applicable age in their country), and we do not knowingly process children's information. If you are a child, please do not provide us with any personal information. We will discard any information we receive from a user that is considered a "child" immediately upon discovery.
Third-Party Service Providers
Users may find advertising or other content in our App that links to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors, and other third parties. AquaCleaner does not control the content or links that appear on these sites and is not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our App. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website is subject to that website's terms and policies.

Crash Reporting Service
AquaCleaner uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to provide information about crashes and malfunctions within the App, helping us identify bugs and other issues. In the event of malfunction or failure, certain information is transmitted to Crashlytics. This information may include your IP address, device operating system details, device ID, model and device type, app version, services versions used by the App, and the time of malfunction. Crashlytics does not collect any personally identifiable information, nor do we combine the information collected through Crashlytics with any personally identifiable information. We use this information only to improve the App and will not share it with third parties.
Analytics
AquaCleaner uses Google Analytics to collect data from, control, and/or monitor devices running or interacting with the App. The collected data is anonymized and used to help us understand how users engage with the App, reporting trends without identifying individual users. AquaCleaner reserves the right to anonymously track and report user activity within the App but will not share this information with third parties.
Advertising
Ads appearing on our App will be personalized by default. A consent dialog will be displayed for users in the European Economic Area ("EEA") to choose between personalized or non-personalized ad types before ads are displayed. For users in the EEA and states with applicable U.S. privacy laws, you can opt out of receiving personalized ads by going to your device's settings (e.g., Settings > Privacy > Ads personalization).
Ads may be delivered by advertising partners, who may use an advertising identifier on your mobile device to recognize your device each time they send an online advertisement, compiling non-personal information about you or others who use your device. This allows ad networks to deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This privacy policy does not cover the use of identifiers by any advertisers. Our App uses the advertising identifier in accordance with Google Play Policy, and advertisers may use it to track user interaction with ads unless you opt out using your device's advertising identifier settings.
U.S. States Privacy Laws (e.g., California Consumer Privacy Act – "CCPA")
For users in applicable US states, the supplemental terms in this section may apply to you:
Opt-out – You have the right to opt out of receiving personalized ads by going to your device's ad personalization settings.
You will not be discriminated against (such as price discrimination) for exercising your rights.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
AquaCleaner has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
Your Acceptance of These Terms
By using our App, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
