❓ I lost my progress. Can I restore it?
Most of our games support cloud saving. If you were signed in with Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), your progress should automatically sync. If you're still having trouble, contact us below with your player ID and device info.
🔧 The game is crashing or not loading.
Try restarting your device and ensuring you have the latest version of the game installed. If problems persist, please contact us with your device model, OS version, and a description of the issue.
