Your emotions are your own 

creations, so choose them 

wisely.

I go to nature to be

soothed and healed,

and to have my senses

put in order.

gone loose yourself.

There is

the prison we

head.

has to be stronger

than your feelings.

As soon as you trust

yourself, you will

know how to live.

Turn off your emotions to protect yourself.

You don't have to 

control your thoughts.

You just have to stop

letting them control you.

You can't help what you feel,

but you can help

how you behave.

A person who thinks all the time has

nothing to think about except thoughts,

sho he loses touch with reality and

lives in a world of illusions.

If you are ruled by mind 

you are a king; 

if by body, a slave.
