An APSIPA Distinguished Lecture will be held on-site, jointly with an IEEE Signal Processing Society Distinguished Lecture, at Osaka University Nakanoshima Center, 6F, Seminar Rooms 6A and 6B. Attendance is free and open to all. The APSIPA DL will be delivered in Japanese.
