Introduction
We do not claim any ownership rights in any content(such as images, photos, videos, text, sounds etc.) you created using our apps or services. You are solely responsible for all the content you create using our apps or services. It is your responsibility to make sure your use of our apps and services is legal where you use them. You retain the rights to all of your created contents.
Premium Services
We will provide our user Premium Services prior to the purchase process This App's Premium Subscription. The user has the right to cancel the premium services described in the Cancellation section of this agreement.
We currently offer the following subscription / service package
1 week premium service package will charge you on a weekly basis
1 month premium service package will charge you on a monthly basis
1 yearly premium service package will charge you on a yearly basis after 3 days trail period end
You will have access to the respective services as long as your subscription valid.
Cancellation Policy
The free of usage agreement starts from the time you start using the app and runs indefinitely.You may cancel the free usage agreement to this effect at any time.To this effect, you can delete your app.You can be cancelled subscription in your iTunes settings before 24 hours of your current period end.
Copyright
Our apps and services provide users with the ability to create content owned by yourselves. We will not have any ownership rights in the works you created. Your represent and warrant that you own the content created by you. However, our apps, services and its original contents is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws. We own and retain all rights in our apps, services and its original contents.
Disclaimer
Your data traffic will not be recorded in any sort of forms. This app does not block any ports, IPs or hide any contents. This app guarantees that this app does not monitor anything of the user logs or data.
Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without any prior notice and you agree to be bound by any and all modifications and changes.
