Agreement 

Our company is responsible for creating and releasing applications for Mac devices. In this Terms of Use agreement, "we," "our," or "us" refers to our company. This agreement applies to the use of our app, games, and any other products, services, content, or website that we provide, collectively referred to as "Services".

By utilizing any of our Services, including accessing them through social networks or mobile devices, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you may not access or use any of our Services.

In App Purchases
Our products provide the option for "in-app" purchases that will unlock premium or enhanced features, or disable advertising within the application. Subscriptions can be purchased on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or lifetime basis, and a description of the associated features can be found on the Services.

When making a purchase, payments will be processed through the iTunes app store, where you initially downloaded the application. You can review the relevant rules and policies for "in-app" purchases directly through the app store.

 Subscription Auto Renew 

For one-time purchases, such as a lifetime subscription, the full amount will be charged at the time of purchase.

For weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions, the payment will be charged at the start of the subscription period. These subscriptions will automatically renew for a period equal in length to the initial subscription term, and you will be charged at the time of each renewal until you cancel. To avoid being billed for the next subscription period, you must cancel your monthly or yearly subscription before it renews.

When making a purchase, payments will be processed through the App Provider (such as iTunes app store) from which you originally downloaded the application. You can cancel the renewal of your subscription through the App Provider.

Changes
At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make a material revision, we will make an effort to notify you at least 30 days prior to the implementation of any new terms. The definition of a material change will be determined solely by us.
