Apps4Kid ("we", "us", or "our") is an independent application developer. All of our Android applications are published exclusively on the Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our applications and services (collectively, the "Services"), how we use and share that information, how long we retain it, and how it is deleted.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using any of our applications, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use our Services.
We collect only the information that is necessary to provide, secure, and improve our Services. The information we collect falls into the following categories:
Information you provide to us
Support correspondence. When you contact us by email, we collect your email address, your name (if you provide it), and the content of your message.
Profile and preference details. Information you may choose to enter within our applications, such as a nickname, your date of birth (used only to provide age-appropriate content), or a preferred color.
Information collected automatically
Device and technical information. Device model, operating system version, application version, and crash or diagnostic reports.
Usage information. The features you use, how often the application is opened, session duration, and approximate location (country or region) inferred from non-precise data where available.
Local storage. Application settings, preferences, and progress stored locally on your device so the application can remember your choices.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect payment or financial information, contacts, call logs, SMS messages, health data, or precise GPS location.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To operate, maintain, and improve our applications, including remembering your settings and progress.
To detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and technical problems.
To understand how our applications are used so we can improve existing features and develop new ones.
To respond to your support requests and communicate with you about our Services.
To display advertising, which keeps our applications free of charge.
To comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use your information to build personal profiles about you, and we do not sell personal information to any third party.
Our applications are free to download and are supported by third-party advertising. We use advertising services including Google AdMob and Meta (Facebook) Audience Network. These providers may collect device and usage information, such as your advertising identifier, in accordance with their own privacy policies:
Google (AdMob): policies.google.com/privacy
Meta (Facebook): facebook.com/privacy/policy
Where required by law or by Google Play policy — including for children and for users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom — we serve only non-personalized, contextual advertisements.
You can control advertising personalization on your device at any time by resetting or deleting your advertising ID and opting out of ads personalization (Settings › Google › Ads).
We use analytics and crash-reporting services, including Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) and Google Analytics, to collect aggregated statistics such as the number of visits, feature usage, crash reports, device and operating system information, and approximate country. This information helps us fix bugs, monitor stability, and improve our applications. It is processed by Google in accordance with its privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers. With third-party services integrated into our applications (such as Google and Meta), which process data on our behalf or for their own purposes as described in their privacy policies (see Sections 4 and 5).
Legal requirements. When we are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a valid governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We never share children’s personal information for behavioral advertising purposes.
We handle personal and sensitive user data securely. All information transmitted between our applications and our systems is protected using modern encryption in transit (HTTPS), and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
Please note, however, that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Apps4Kid retains certain data because it is necessary for our applications to work properly, to keep them stable and secure, and to improve them. We keep this data only for as long as it is needed for these purposes, and never longer than the retention period described below.
What we retain and why
Technical and diagnostic data (crash reports, device model, operating system version) — to detect and fix errors and keep our applications running correctly.
Usage and analytics data (features used, session activity, and approximate country or region where available) — to understand how our applications are used and to improve them.
Support correspondence (your email address, your name if provided, and message content) — to respond to your inquiry.
Application preferences and progress stored locally on your device — so the application can remember your choices and work as expected.
How long we retain data
Data collected by our applications is retained for a maximum of 90 days from the date it is collected. After this period, the data is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems. Data stored only on your device (such as settings or progress) remains on your device until you clear the application’s data or uninstall the application.
Third-party services
Some data is collected directly by the third-party services integrated into our applications (see Sections 4 and 5). These providers process and retain data according to their own privacy policies and retention schedules. We do not control their retention periods.
No manual deletion request process
We do not currently offer a process for users to request the deletion of their data, and there is no procedure to delete specific data on request. Instead, all data we collect is deleted automatically, as described below.
Automatic deletion
All data collected by our applications is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems within 90 days of the date it was collected. No action is required from you, and this applies whether or not you continue to use the application.
What you can do
Uninstalling the application stops any further data collection by that application. Any data already collected will still be deleted automatically within 90 days.
Data stored locally on your device is removed when you clear the application’s data or uninstall the application.
You can manage advertising settings on your device at any time, including resetting or deleting your advertising ID and opting out of personalized advertising (Settings › Google › Ads).
For data collected by third-party services (such as Google or Meta), you can manage your data and exercise your rights directly with those providers using the tools described in their privacy policies.
If you have any questions about how your data is deleted, please contact us at [alirehan2143@gmail.com].
Some of our applications are directed to children and families. We comply with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Google Play Families Policy Requirements.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is necessary for the application to function.
We do not use children’s data for behavioral or interest-based advertising, and we do not build profiles of children.
Advertisements shown to children are non-personalized and are served only through Google Play self-certified advertising SDKs.
We do not transmit persistent device identifiers (such as AAID, IMEI, or MAC address) from children or from users of unknown age.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [alirehan2143@gmail.com] and we will promptly review and delete that information.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or similar laws elsewhere), you may have the right to access, correct, object to the processing of, or receive a copy of your personal information. Because all data we collect is automatically deleted within 90 days (see Section 9), most erasure requests are fulfilled automatically without any action from you.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [alirehan2143@gmail.com]. We will respond within 30 days.
Information we collect may be processed and stored in countries other than your own (for example, by our analytics and advertising providers). Where required by applicable law, such transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

Our apps protect the privacy of kids under 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do necessary actions.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page is the effective date of the current version. Your continued use of our Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. Where feasible, we will highlight material changes through our application update notes or an in-app notice.
