This Privacy Policy describes how Application4all ("we," "us," or "our") accesses, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you download, install, or use our mobile game Medieval Zombie Defense and any other application of ours that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
If you have questions, contact us at Applications4all@gmail.com.
We do not require you to create an account and we do not ask for your name, email, or precise location to play.
Some data is collected automatically to display ads and keep the game working — most importantly your device's Advertising ID, IP address, and basic device and usage information.
We use third-party advertising partners (Unity Ads and ironSource / Unity LevelPlay) that collect and process this data to show and measure advertisements, including personalized ads where permitted.
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited identifiers with ad partners for advertising purposes, and you can opt out of personalized ads using your device settings.
The game is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
You have privacy rights depending on where you live, including the right to access or delete information and to opt out of personalized advertising.

How to contact us
We do not require you to provide personal information such as your name or email to play. We collect the following:
Information you provide to us. If you contact us by email for support or feedback, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you use the game, we and our service providers automatically collect:
Advertising identifiers — your Google Advertising ID (AAID) and similar device identifiers.
Device information — device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, app version, and network/carrier information.
Approximate location — coarse location derived from your IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location).
Usage and ad data — gameplay events, sessions, ads shown, ad clicks, crashes, and performance diagnostics.
Information stored on your device. Game progress and settings (such as your save data and sound preferences) are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as race, religion, health, biometric, or precise location data).
We use the information we collect to:
Operate, maintain, and improve the game;
Display and measure advertisements, including personalized (interest-based) advertising where permitted;
Analyze usage and performance, diagnose crashes, and fix bugs;
Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
Respond to your support requests; and
Comply with legal obligations.
Our game is free and supported by advertising. We use the following third-party advertising and mediation providers, which act as independent controllers of the data they collect through their SDKs:
Unity Ads — Unity Technologies. Privacy policy: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
ironSource / Unity LevelPlay (ad mediation) — Privacy policy: https://www.is.com/privacy-policy/
These partners may collect and process your Advertising ID, IP address, device information, and ad-interaction data to deliver and measure ads and, where permitted, to show personalized advertising. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies linked above.
Your ad choices. You can limit or reset interest-based advertising at any time:
Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization."
Opting out does not stop ads from appearing; it only limits personalization.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
Advertising partners. We share device identifiers (including the Advertising ID), IP address, and ad-interaction data with Unity Ads and ironSource / Unity LevelPlay so they can serve and measure advertisements. These partners may use this data for personalized advertising.
Service providers. With vendors who provide analytics, hosting, or crash-reporting on our behalf under contract.
Legal and safety. When required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or others.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR/UK GDPR:
Consent — for personalized advertising and any non-essential data collection. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the game and to serve non-personalized ads.
Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws.
Where required, we (and our ad partners) request consent through a consent prompt before collecting data for personalized ads.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Our advertising partners retain data according to their own policies. Save data on your device remains until you delete the app or clear its data.
The game is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at Applications4all@gmail.com and we will delete it. Where our app participates in Google Play's Families program or targets a mixed audience, we configure ad partners to serve only age-appropriate, non-personalized ads to users identified as children.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Access the personal information we hold about you;
Request correction or deletion of your personal information;
Object to or restrict certain processing;
Withdraw consent for personalized advertising; and
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, email us at Applications4all@gmail.com. Because we do not maintain accounts, please include your device Advertising ID if you want us to act on ad-related data. We will respond as required by applicable law.
If you reside in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted/personalized advertising. We do not "sell" personal information for money, but sharing identifiers with ad partners for cross-app targeted advertising may be considered "sharing"/"sale" under some laws. You can opt out using your device's Advertising ID controls (see Section 3) or by contacting us at Applications4all@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Categories collected (last 12 months): Identifiers (Advertising ID, IP address); Internet/network activity (ad and app usage); coarse location (from IP). We do not collect contact details, financial, biometric, or precise location data through the game.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ. Where required, we and our partners use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
