個人情報の取扱いについて
個人情報に対する基本的姿勢
個人情報保護方針に基づき、個人情報（個人を識別し得る情報、特定個人情報を含みます。）の取扱いを次のように定めて取組んでいます。
取扱う個人情報 及び個人情報の利用目的
＜各アプリで 初回アプリログイン時に付与する匿名IDによるログイン日時データ＞
アプリの利便性向上のため、匿名で、個人を特定できない範囲に細心の注意を払い、アプリバージョンの使用率などを解析し、アプリの改善に役立てています。
＜「脳ト計算」アプリで「TrueDepth API」から取得する情報、顔の表情データ＞
アプリによる Apple Inc.「TrueDepth API」から取得した情報を、クイズアプリの回答選択・決定の動作への反映のみに利用しています。（情報の蓄積保存は一切しておりません。）
＜「AIカロリー」アプリで取得する食事写真データ＞
ユーザーが撮影または選択した食事写真は、AIによるカロリー・栄養素の自動分析のためにのみ使用します。
写真データはAI分析サービス（Anthropic Claude API）に送信されますが、送信後の蓄積・保存は一切行いませまた、写真はお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、外部サーバーへのアップロードは行いません。
＜「AIカロリー」アプリで取得する食事・体重・プロフィールデータ＞
食事記録・体重履歴・身長・年齢・性別・目標体重などの健康管理データは、アプリの機能提供のためにクラウド（Firebase）に安全に保存されます。これらのデータは本アプリのサービス提供のみに使用され、第三者への提供・販売は一切行いません。また、匿名IDによる管理のため、個人を特定する情報とは紐付けられません。
＜「ファイナンシャル・ランナーズ駅伝データベース」収集する個人情報の種類＞
本アプリは、ネットワーク通信や外部サービスへのデータ送信を一切行わない、完全オフラインのアプリです。ユーザーの個人情報を収集することはありません。アプリ内に表示される選手名・所属企業名等の大会記録データは、大会主催者が公表した公開情報に基づくものであり、ユーザー自身の情報ではありません。
＜「CBTapp」アプリで取得する表示名・メールアドレス・所属データ＞
"アプリの機能提供（学習記録の管理、グループ機能での表示）および連絡手段として必要な範囲で取得します。"
＜「CBTapp」アプリで取得する学習履歴データ＞
"回答した問題、正解・不正解の履歴、章ごとの正答率などを、学習進捗の記録・表示のためにクラウド（Firebase）に安全に保存します。"
＜「CBTapp」アプリで取得するグループ参加情報＞
"グループ名・参加履歴を、グループ内メンバー間での学習状況共有のために使用します。"
＜「どこ？君もどこ？？」アプリで取得する電話番号データ＞
SMS一斉送信機能など、連絡手段として必要な範囲で取得します。
入力された電話番号は、他のユーザーには一切公開されず、外部への提供・保存も行いません。
＜「どこ？君もどこ？？」アプリ（どこにいるの？機能）で取得する位置情報（GPS）データ＞
本アプリでは、マップ参加中のユーザーの位置情報を、一定間隔または移動距離に応じて取得し、グループ内の他の参加者に共有するために使用します。取得した位置情報は、リアルタイムでの位置表示に使用されるほか、最新の情報のみがクラウド（Firebase）に安全に保存されます。保存された位置情報は、マップ上での現在地表示や、緊急時メッセージ送信時の住所情報表示のみに使用され、過去の移動履歴は記録・蓄積されません。また、マップから退出している間は位置情報の送信は行われません。
＜「どこ？君もどこ？？」アプリ【見守り機能について】＞
「見守り」は、お子様や高齢のご家族など、大切な人の居場所を、見守る方が継続的に確認できる機能です。
「どこにいるの？」とは異なり、以下の点にご留意ください。
位置情報の取得方法
見守られる方の端末では、アプリを閉じている間・使用していない間も含め、バックグラウンドで継続的に位置情報を取得します。この機能をご利用いただくには、見守られる方の端末で位置情報の使用を「常に許可」に設定していただく必要があります。
収集・保存する情報
見守り機能のご利用にあたり、以下の情報を収集し、クラウド（Firebase）に保存します。
- 表示名
- プロフィール写真（登録された場合）
- 電話番号（緊急連絡機能をご利用の場合）
- 位置情報（緯度・経度、取得日時、端末のバッテリー残量）
- 登録地点の情報（地点名、住所、緯度・経度、検知半径）
位置情報の履歴と保存期間
見守り機能では、地図上での現在地表示に加えて、過去の移動履歴を一定期間保存し、見守る方が確認できるようにしています。移動履歴は取得から30日を経過すると自動的に削除されます。
到着・退出の通知
あらかじめ登録した地点（ご自宅・学校など）に見守られる方が到着・退出すると、見守る方の端末にプッシュ通知でお知らせします。
ご利用にあたってのお願い
見守り機能は、見守られる方の位置情報を継続的に取得する機能です。ご利用の際は、見守られる方（お子様を含む）に本機能の内容をご説明いただき、ご理解・同意を得た上でご利用ください。
人情報の第三者への提供
当社が保有する個人情報は、以下の場合を除き、第三者に提供しません。 （1） 法令に基づく場合 （2） 人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合 （3） 国の機関若しくは地方公共団体又はその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることによって当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき

Handling of Personal Information
Basic Policy
Based on our Personal Information Protection Policy, we handle personal information (including information that can identify an individual and specific personal information) as follows.
Types of Personal Information Collected and Purposes of Use
Anonymous ID and Login Timestamp Data
(Assigned at first app login in each app)
To improve app usability, we analyze data such as app version usage rates using anonymized information that does not identify individuals. This data is used solely for app improvement.
Facial Expression Data Obtained via Apple’s TrueDepth API
(For the “Brain Calculation” app)
Information obtained from Apple Inc.’s TrueDepth API is used only to reflect user actions such as selecting and confirming quiz answers.No data is stored or accumulated.
hone Number Data
(For the “Where Are You? Where Am I Too??” app)
Phone numbers are collected only to the extent necessary for communication features such as group SMS notifications.
Entered phone numbers are never disclosed to other users and are not provided to or stored by external parties.
Location (GPS) Data
(For the “Where Are You? Where Am I Too??” app)
This app collects location information of users participating on the map at regular intervals or based on movement distance, in order to share location information with other group members.
Collected location data is used for:
・Real-time location display on the map
・Displaying address information when sending emergency messages
Only the latest location data is securely stored in the cloud (Firebase).
Past movement history is not recorded or accumulated.
Location data is not transmitted when the user is not participating on the map.
"Where? You too? "App [About the Watch-Over Feature]
"Watch-Over" is a feature that allows the person watching to continuously check the location of an important person,
such as a child or an elderly family member.Unlike "Where Are You?", please note the following points.
How Location Data Is Collected
On the device of the person being watched, location data is collected continuously in the background,
including while the app is closed or not in use. To use this feature, the device of the person being watched must
have location access set to "Always Allow."
Information We Collect and Store
To provide the Watch-Over feature, we collect and store the following information in the cloud (Firebase):
- Display name
- Profile photo (if registered)
- Phone number (if using the emergency contact feature)
- Location data (latitude and longitude, timestamp, and device battery level)
- Registered place information (place name, address, latitude and longitude, and detection radius)
Location History and Retention Period
In addition to showing the current location on the map, the Watch-Over feature stores a certain amount of movement
history so that the person watching can review it. This location history is automatically deleted after 30 days from
the time it was recorded.
Arrival and Departure Notifications
When the person being watched arrives at or leaves a pre-registered place (such as home or school),
a push notification is sent to the device of the person watching.
Before You Use This Feature
The Watch-Over feature continuously collects the location data of the person being watched. Before using this feature,
please explain its contents to the person being watched (including children) and use it only after obtaining their understanding and consent.
Food Photo Data Collected by the "AIカロリー" App
Food photos taken or selected by the user are used solely forthe purpose of AI-based automatic analysis of calories and
nutrients. Photo data is transmitted to an AI analysis service(Anthropic Claude API) but is never stored or retained after
transmission. Photos are saved only on your device and are never uploaded to external servers.
Meal, Weight, and Profile Data Collected by the "AIカロリー" App
Health management data, including meal records, weight history,height, age, gender, and target weight, are securely stored
in the cloud (Firebase) solely for the purpose of providing app functionality. This data is used exclusively for delivering
the services of this app and will never be shared with or sold to third parties. Additionally, as all data is managed under
an anonymous ID, it is never linked to any personally identifiable information.
<Display name, email address, and affiliation data collected by the "CBTapp" app>
"Collected to the extent necessary to provide app functionality (managing learning records, displaying information in the group feature) and as a means of contact."
<Learning history data collected by the "CBTapp" app>
"Answered questions, correct/incorrect history, and chapter-by-chapter accuracy rates are securely stored in the cloud (Firebase) to record and display learning progress."
<Group participation information collected by the "CBTapp" app>
"Group names and participation history are used to share learning progress among group members."
＜Types of Personal Information Collected by the "Financial Runners Ekiden Database" app＞
This app operates completely offline and does not perform any network communication or transmit data to external services. No personal information is collected from
users. The runner names, company affiliations, and other race record data displayed in the app are based on publicly announced results provided by the event
organizer, and are not information about the user.
Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
1.When required by law
2.When necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain consent
3.When cooperation is required with national or local government agencies (or their contractors) in executing legally mandated duties, and obtaining consent may interfere with such duties
