個人情報の取扱いについて
個人情報に対する基本的姿勢
個人情報保護方針に基づき、個人情報（個人を識別し得る情報、特定個人情報を含みます。）の取扱いを次のように定めて取組んでいます。
取扱う個人情報 及び個人情報の利用目的
＜各アプリで 初回アプリログイン時に付与する匿名IDによるログイン日時データ＞
アプリの利便性向上のため、匿名で、個人を特定できない範囲に細心の注意を払い、アプリバージョンの使用率などを解析し、アプリの改善に役立てています。
＜「脳ト計算」アプリで「TrueDepth API」から取得する情報、顔の表情データ＞
アプリによる Apple Inc.「TrueDepth API」から取得した情報を、クイズアプリの回答選択・決定の動作への反映のみに利用しています。（情報の蓄積保存は一切しておりません。）
＜「どこ？君もどこ？？」アプリで取得する電話番号データ＞
SMS一斉送信機能など、連絡手段として必要な範囲で取得します。
入力された電話番号は、他のユーザーには一切公開されず、外部への提供・保存も行いません。
＜「どこ？君もどこ？？」アプリで取得する位置情報（GPS）データ＞
本アプリでは、マップ参加中のユーザーの位置情報を、一定間隔または移動距離に応じて取得し、グループ内の他の参加者に共有するために使用します。取得した位置情報は、リアルタイムでの位置表示に使用されるほか、最新の情報のみがクラウド（Firebase）に安全に保存されます。保存された位置情報は、マップ上での現在地表示や、緊急時メッセージ送信時の住所情報表示のみに使用され、過去の移動履歴は記録・蓄積されません。また、マップから退出している間は位置情報の送信は行われません。
人情報の第三者への提供
当社が保有する個人情報は、以下の場合を除き、第三者に提供しません。 （1） 法令に基づく場合 （2） 人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合 （3） 国の機関若しくは地方公共団体又はその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることによって当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき

Handling of Personal Information

Based on our Personal Information Protection Policy, we handle personal information (including information that can identify an individual and specific personal information) as follows.
Types of Personal Information Collected and Purposes of Use
Anonymous ID and Login Timestamp Data
(Assigned at first app login in each app)
To improve app usability, we analyze data such as app version usage rates using anonymized information that does not identify individuals. This data is used solely for app improvement.
Facial Expression Data Obtained via Apple’s TrueDepth API
(For the “Brain Calculation” app)
Information obtained from Apple Inc.’s TrueDepth API is used only to reflect user actions such as selecting and confirming quiz answers.No data is stored or accumulated.
hone Number Data
(For the “Where Are You? Where Am I Too??” app)
Phone numbers are collected only to the extent necessary for communication features such as group SMS notifications.
Entered phone numbers are never disclosed to other users and are not provided to or stored by external parties.
Location (GPS) Data
(For the “Where Are You? Where Am I Too??” app)
This app collects location information of users participating on the map at regular intervals or based on movement distance, in order to share location information with other group members.
Collected location data is used for:
・Real-time location display on the map
・Displaying address information when sending emergency messages
Only the latest location data is securely stored in the cloud (Firebase).
Past movement history is not recorded or accumulated.
Location data is not transmitted when the user is not participating on the map.
Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
1.When required by law
2.When necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain consent
3.When cooperation is required with national or local government agencies (or their contractors) in executing legally mandated duties, and obtaining consent may interfere with such duties
