ZOZO POS ("we", "our", "us") provides a point-of-sale application for business operations.
The app can store business and operational information entered by users, including:
Business profile details (name, phone, tax, address, logo URI)
Staff and role details (name, username, role, PIN credential)
Customer and supplier records (name, phone, email, address)
Sales, refunds, receipts, cashbook, expense, inventory, attendance, and report records
Data is used to provide POS functionality inside the app, including checkout, reporting, inventory, shift management, and operations workflows.
The app primarily stores operational data locally on the device.
The app may allow user-initiated sharing of receipt/order text to other apps via the system share sheet.
If cloud sync/backend is enabled in future versions, this policy will be updated with transmission, retention, and processor details.
We do not sell user data.
Data may be shared only when initiated by the user (for example, using receipt share actions) or when required by law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
Data remains on device until deleted by the user or removed by uninstalling the app, except where legal obligations require retention.
Users can modify or delete operational records within the app (subject to role permissions).
