Appointment App (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Appointment App Android application (“the App”).

Appointment App does not collect, store, or share any personal data from its users.
We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal details such as name, email, or phone number.
Payments
The App provides a simple booking flow that supports UPI-based payments.
All UPI transactions are handled securely by the respective UPI payment apps (for example: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.).
Appointment App does not process, store, or have access to your payment information or UPI credentials.
SMS Permission
The App requests SMS permission only to send:
Booking confirmation messages
Appointment reminders
No SMS messages are sent without user action, and the App does not read, store, or share any incoming or outgoing SMS content.
Children’s Privacy
Appointment App is not designed for children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided any information to us, please contact us so that we can promptly delete it.
Security
Since Appointment App does not collect or store personal information, there is no risk of user data being leaked or misused.
All UPI payments occur through trusted third-party apps using their own secure systems.
