Hitesh Khunt provide mobile applications, online products, websites, and related digital features. In this notice, these products are collectively called the “Services.”
This document explains what information may be handled when a person uses our Services, why certain information may be needed, when external service providers may process information, and the choices available to users.
Use of a Service indicates acceptance of the practices described in this notice.
The information processed by a particular Service depends on the features you choose to use. In some situations, the following categories of information may be involved:
Contact details that you choose to provide, such as your name or email address
Technical details about your device and operating system
Information about how the application is used
Error reports and technical diagnostics
Content submitted, recorded, generated, or processed through a feature
We use such information where necessary to operate features, resolve technical problems, maintain security, improve performance, and enhance the overall functionality of our products.
Our products may allow users to record audio, write notes, create documents, upload files, generate content, or otherwise provide their own material.
In many cases, this content remains on the user’s device. If a feature requires online processing, the relevant content may need to be transmitted to a service provider in order to complete the user’s request.
We do not sell content created or submitted by users. We also do not intentionally access or disclose such content for purposes unrelated to operating the requested feature, except where disclosure is required by law.
Applications may automatically generate technical information when they are opened, used, or experience a failure. Analytics, performance-monitoring, and crash-reporting technologies may process details such as:
IP address
Device type or identifier information
Operating system details
Application version and configuration
Usage timestamps
Crash information
Performance measurements
Other technical diagnostics
We use this information to investigate errors, maintain reliability, understand technical performance, and improve our products.
Some functionality depends on technology supplied by other companies. For example, external providers may support analytics, infrastructure, artificial intelligence, crash reporting, or other technical operations.
When a third-party provider processes information, its handling of that information may also be governed by its own privacy terms and policies. Users should review the relevant provider’s privacy information where appropriate.
We select service providers based on the needs of our products but cannot control every independent practice of an external company.
Certain Services may include optional AI-assisted capabilities. Examples may include converting speech into text, summarizing information, generating notes, or translating content.
To perform an AI-powered request, information relevant to that request may need to leave the user’s device and be processed by an external AI provider. Depending on the selected feature, the submitted information may consist of audio, recorded speech, written text, transcripts, or other content necessary to produce the requested result.
For example, external processing may be used to:
Convert recorded speech into written text
Produce a shorter summary of a transcript
Generate structured notes
Translate content into another language
The information submitted for these functions is intended to be used for completing the action initiated by the user.
Where an App requires permission or consent before sending audio or transcript information for external AI processing, the user will be asked before that transmission takes place. If the required consent is not provided, the affected online AI functionality will not operate.
Some AI functionality may be provided through OpenAI. Information sent for such functionality may therefore be processed by OpenAI to complete the requested operation.
We do not sell audio recordings, transcripts, summaries, translations, or other user-submitted content. We also do not use this material for our own advertising purposes.
Information involved in AI-enabled functionality may include audio files, spoken-word transcripts, text provided for processing, generated notes, generated summaries, translations, and related technical information.
The storage method varies between products and features. Some information may remain exclusively on the user’s device, while other information may be temporarily or otherwise processed remotely when an online feature requires it.
Users should refer to information presented within a particular App when a feature has additional storage or processing requirements.
Mobile applications generally do not rely on browser cookies in the same manner as websites. However, websites, embedded content, or external technologies connected with our Services may use cookies or comparable technologies.
Such technologies, when operated by another provider, are subject to that provider’s practices.
We take reasonable steps intended to protect information handled through our Services. These measures may include technical, operational, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the functionality being provided.
Despite these precautions, electronic systems and internet-based communications cannot be guaranteed to remain completely secure in every circumstance.
A Service may provide access to a website, application, or resource operated by another organization. Once a user leaves our Service and accesses an external destination, that organization’s rules and privacy practices apply.
We are not responsible for how independently operated websites or services manage information. Users should review the policies of those services before providing personal information.
Our Services are not directed toward children younger than 13 years of age. We do not intentionally seek to collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been provided to us in circumstances where it should not have been collected, we may take appropriate steps to remove it.
Parents or guardians who have concerns regarding a child’s information may contact us using the details provided below.
Our products, technologies, and legal obligations may change over time. For this reason, this Privacy Notice may also be revised.
The current version will become applicable when published unless a different effective date is specifically stated. Users are encouraged to check this notice periodically for updates.
By continuing to use our Services, users acknowledge the information-handling practices described in this Privacy Notice.
Certain functionality may require a separate permission or consent decision. In those situations, choosing not to provide the requested permission may prevent that particular feature from working, while other available parts of the Service may remain accessible.
