1. GENERAL INFORMATION
This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled and protected when using Noxynote, provided by FuturisticNote.

The application is a local notebook and planner designed for creating and storing notes, events, quick notes, and process diagrams.
2. DATA STORED BY THE APPLICATION
The application may store the following information on the user's device:
The content of notes.
The content of quick notes.
Event names, dates, and times.
Items created in the planner.
The selected visual theme and appearance settings.
Application settings.
Technical information required to organize saved content locally.
This information is created by the user and stored locally on the user's device.
3. DATA COLLECTION AND TRANSMISSION
The application does not transmit user content to the developer or to servers operated by the developer.
The application does not collect personal data.
The application does not collect location data.
The application does not access contacts, SMS messages, or call logs.
The application does not use advertising identifiers.
The application does not perform user behavior analytics.
The application does not use tracking technologies.
The application does not sell user data.
The application does not share user data with third parties.
The application does not contain advertising.
The application does not require registration or a user account.
4. DATA STORED ON THE DEVICE
Notes and other application data are stored in the application's private storage and in the local storage used by its interface.
The data remains on the device until the user deletes an individual note or event, uses the option to delete all data, clears the application's data in Android settings, or uninstalls the application.
Uninstalling the application removes data stored in its private application storage. It may not remove a backup file previously saved by the user outside the application's private storage.
5. BACKUPS AND FOLDER ACCESS
Creating a backup is optional.
The application uses Android's system folder selection mechanism. The user chooses the folder in which the backup file will be stored. The application receives access only to the location selected by the user.
The application does not request the MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission and does not obtain unrestricted access to all files stored on the device.
A backup may contain notes, quick notes, events, planner data, application settings, and the selected visual theme.
The backup is stored as a JSON file and is not additionally encrypted by the application. The user should select an appropriately protected location and control access to the backup file.
If the user selects a folder managed by an external storage provider, such as a cloud-synchronized service, that provider may process or synchronize the file according to its own privacy policy. The application developer does not receive access to the file.
6. DATA DELETION
The user can delete individual notes, events, and planner items directly within the application.
The Delete all data function allows the user to delete application data and the associated backup file, provided that the application still has access to the folder where the backup was stored.
The backup file can also be deleted manually using the device's file manager.
Because the application does not transmit data to the developer, there is no user content stored on the developer's servers that would require a separate deletion request.
7. APPLICATION PERMISSIONS
The application does not use high-risk permissions providing access to all device files, location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS messages, or call logs.
Access to the backup folder is granted by the user through the Android system interface and is limited to the selected location.
8. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The application does not contain advertisements or advertising software development kits.
The application does not integrate analytics, social media, or marketing services that transmit data outside the device.
Distribution of the application through Google Play may involve independent processing of information by Google under Google's own privacy policies. Such processing is performed by Google Play or the Android operating system and not by the application.
9. SECURITY
Data stored in the application's private storage is protected by Android system security mechanisms.
However, no method of data storage can guarantee complete security. Users should protect their devices with an appropriate screen lock and store backup files in a secure location.
10. CHILDREN
The application is not specifically designed for children and is not primarily directed at children under the age of 13.
Minors may use the application as a general note-taking tool. The application does not contain advertisements, purchases, or mechanisms that collect data from children.
The application does not knowingly collect personal data from children or other users.
11. CONTACTING THE DEVELOPER
If a user voluntarily contacts the developer by email, the email address and message content will be used only to respond to the message and resolve the reported issue.
Information provided in an email is not sold or used for advertising purposes.
12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the application's features, data handling practices, or applicable legal requirements change.
The current version will be published at the same web address together with the date of the latest update.
