This Privacy Policy applies to the Apple Store mobile application with package name com.applestoree.iosstoree.appp (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how information is handled when you use the App.
1. Information You Provide
The App may ask you to provide information when placing or pre-booking an order, including:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Country
Street address
City
State, province, or region
ZIP or postal code
Order and product information
This information is used only to provide checkout, order confirmation, order history, tracking, invoice, pre-booking, and customer support functionality.
2. Local Data Storage
The App currently operates without a remote customer-account backend.
Order information, tracking references, Store Coin balance, preferences, and applicable checkout information may be stored locally on your device so that the App can display your saved orders and tracking information.
If you uninstall the App or clear its application data, locally stored information may be permanently removed and may not be recoverable.
3. Store Coins and In-App Purchases
The App may offer digital Store Coins through Google Play Billing.
Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not directly collect or store your full credit card, debit card, or other payment-card details.
The App may receive purchase-related information from Google Play, such as:
Product purchased
Purchase status
Purchase quantity
Transaction or purchase token
Whether a purchase is successful, pending, cancelled, or failed
This information is used to provide purchased Store Coins and manage purchase functionality.
Google's own privacy practices apply to information processed by Google Play.
4. Orders and Pre-Bookings
The App may store information relating to purchases and reservations, including:
Order ID
Invoice ID
Tracking ID
Booking ID
Products ordered
Store Coins used
Order date
Delivery address
Order or pre-booking status
For supported pre-bookings, including advance reservations, this information may remain stored locally on the user's device.

When you choose to contact support, the App may prepare an email containing information relevant to your request, such as your Order ID, Tracking ID, Invoice ID, Booking ID, product information, and issue category.
The email is sent only when you choose to send it through your email application.
Information voluntarily sent by email may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the support request, resolve disputes, or maintain appropriate support records.
6. Internet and Product Content
The App uses an internet connection to load product information and product images.
Remote content delivery services, including image hosting/content-delivery providers, may automatically receive ordinary technical information required to process internet requests, such as an IP address, device/network information, and request logs.
We use these services only to deliver App content and product imagery.
7. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
The current App does not require access to:
Contacts
SMS messages
Call logs
Precise device location
Microphone
Camera
Health information
The current Android application requests Internet access for online content.
8. Sharing of Information
We do not sell users' personal information.
Information may be processed by third-party service providers only where required to provide App functionality, including:
Google Play for in-app purchase processing
Remote image/content delivery providers for loading product content
Your selected email provider when you voluntarily send a support email
We do not provide personal information to advertisers for targeted advertising through the current App.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App.
Network connections are intended to use secure HTTPS connections. Payment information is handled through Google Play rather than being directly collected by the App.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored App data generally remains on your device until:
You clear the App's storage/data, or
You uninstall the App.
Because the App does not currently provide user accounts, there is no separate online account to delete.

We may retain information where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
11. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not designed specifically for children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy when App features, legal requirements, or data practices change.
Any updated version will include a revised effective date.
