Apple Watch Music Download Waiting

I have an Apple Watch 8. I noticed that a new playlist was not syncing to my watch (stuck on 'waiting'). I have tried all the standard fixes (restart, ensuring same network, tried 2.4GHz only, tried no network - but don't want do yet another re-pair) etc. There is definitely a connection to my iPhone.

Hello, I have tried updating my watchOS to the newest watchOS avalible, my iOS on my new iPhone 11, I have purchased apple music and downloaded the music to my phone physically. Tried unpairing both my iPhone and my apple watch, setting my watch up as new, signing in and out of my apple id on my iPhone, turning off bluetooth, airplane mode.

The music contionusly has been "waiting" and spinning orangish or yellowish circles for about 4 days straight now, while on the charger as requested, this is infuriating has anyone else had this issue? Isn't this just supposed to be rather quick, not taking multiple days? Close to sending it back.

Ive had my apple watch 3 for a bit now and initially, it synced music slowly but still did it. After the third playlist with plenty of storage left, it shows "waiting" and never progresses. Here are the things Ive tried:

I really want to use this watch to it's full ability but when something so basic like this does not work it makes it hard to decide if I still want to stay within the apple ecosystem if they can't fix basic bucs after so long.
