1. Information We Collect
- Account information (only if you sign in via the warp gate to buy/gift characters): the email address and display name provided by Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, and a unique account ID.
- App data tied to your account: which characters you own, which are equipped, and your currently selected character.
- No account is required to use the core chill screen — it works fully offline with no sign-in.
- We do not collect payment card details — purchases are processed entirely by the App Store / Google Play.
- We do not use advertising or third-party analytics/tracking SDKs.
2. How We Use Your Information
To let you sign in across sessions, remember which characters you own, and let our support/ops staff verify or gift a purchase if you contact us for help.
3. Third-Party Services
- Firebase (Google) — authentication and database storage (Firestore, hosted in Seoul, South Korea) for your account record.
- Cloudflare — hosts character music files; downloads require your signed-in account to be verified first.
- Apple / Google — sign-in providers and payment processors for in-app purchases.
4. Data Retention
We keep your account data until you delete your account, or until you request deletion (see Account Deletion below).
5. Your Rights
You can request to see, correct, or delete your data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data immediately and permanently, use the in-app "Delete account" option (Warp Gate menu), or see the Account Deletion instructions below.
6. Children
This app is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the app changes; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.

칠로딩거(Chillodinger) 개인정보처리방침

Appica팀(이하 "회사")은 칠로딩거 앱(이하 "서비스")을 운영함에 있어 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 관련 고충을 신속하게 처리할 수 있도록 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
제1조 (개인정보의 처리 목적)
회사는 다음의 목적을 위하여 개인정보를 처리합니다.
1. 회원(계정) 가입 및 관리: 워프게이트를 통한 캐릭터 구매/선물 기능 이용 시 로그인 및 본인 확인
2. 서비스 제공: 구매/보유/장착 중인 캐릭터 정보 저장 및 동기화
3. 고객 문의 응대: 구매 확인, 캐릭터 선물 등 고객지원
제2조 (처리하는 개인정보의 항목)
- 필수항목(로그인 시에만 수집): 이메일 주소, 표시 이름(닉네임), 고유 계정 식별자(uid) — Google 또는 Apple 로그인을 통해 제공받음
- 서비스 이용 중 생성 정보: 보유 캐릭터 목록, 장착 캐릭터 목록
- 본 서비스의 기본 기능(칠 화면)은 로그인 없이 이용 가능하며, 이 경우 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
- 결제 정보(카드번호 등)는 회사가 직접 수집하지 않으며, App Store / Google Play가 처리합니다.
- 광고 식별자, 쿠키 등 추적 목적의 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
제3조 (개인정보의 처리 및 보유 기간)
회원 탈퇴(계정 삭제) 시 또는 이용자가 삭제를 요청한 시점까지 보유하며, 해당 시점에 지체 없이 파기합니다.
제4조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공)
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 아래 제5조의 위탁 업체는 서비스 제공을 위한 처리 위탁 관계이며 제3자 제공에 해당하지 않습니다.
제5조 (개인정보처리의 위탁)
회사는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리업무를 위탁하고 있습니다.
- 수탁업체: Google (Firebase) / 위탁업무: 로그인 인증, 계정 및 캐릭터 데이터 저장(Firestore) / 보유 위치: 대한민국(서울)
- 수탁업체: Cloudflare, Inc. / 위탁업무: 캐릭터 음원 파일 저장 및 전송 / 보유 위치: 해외(미국)
- 수탁업체: Apple Inc. / Google LLC / 위탁업무: 로그인 인증, 인앱결제 처리 / 보유 위치: 해외(미국)
제6조 (정보주체의 권리·의무 및 행사방법)
이용자는 언제든지 본인의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 워프게이트 메뉴의 "Delete account(계정 삭제)" 기능을 통해 즉시 직접 처리 가능하며, 아래 "계정 삭제 안내"를 참고하시거나 제8조 담당자에게 이메일로 요청하실 수 있습니다.
제7조 (개인정보의 파기)
보유기간 경과, 처리목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다.
전자적 파일 형태로 기록·저장된 개인정보는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 복구·재생되지 않도록 영구 삭제합니다.
