"إدارة الدروس الخصوصية" (the "Application") is a mobile application developed by hamad essa ("we", "us", or "our") as a Commercial app. This service is provided by hamad essa and is intended for use as-is.

Our Application is built with an "Offline-First" architecture and operates strictly without requiring any user sign-in, registration, or cloud accounts.

• Local Data Storage: All data you enter into the Application—including but not limited to student names, attendance records, behavior logs, payment entries, and financial dues—is stored locally and securely on your own device's internal storage using a local database (Room DB).

• No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, harvest, upload, or transmit any of your personal information, your students' data, or financial records to external servers, cloud storage, or databases. You are the sole owner and controller of your data.

2. Third-Party Services

To manage our application's premium subscriptions, we utilize third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

• RevenueCat & Google Play Billing: Processing of subscriptions and lifetime purchases is handled securely via RevenueCat and Google Play Billing. These services may collect anonymous installation IDs and transaction details to verify your active subscription status. This data is handled in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

• No Advertising: The Application is completely ad-free and does not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs or tracking networks.

3. PDF Generation and Local Permissions

The Application includes a feature that allows users to export student reports and invoices locally in PDF format. This process happens entirely on your device. The Application only utilizes necessary standard framework tools to save or share these files, and no document contents are shared with us or any third party.

4. Data Security and User Control

Since all data is stored exclusively on your local device, the security of your data depends entirely on the security of your mobile device.

• Data Deletion: If you wish to delete all records, you can do so at any time by clearing the application cache/data from your device settings or by uninstalling the Application. Once uninstalled, all local data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered by us.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Application is designed for use by teachers, tutors, and educational administrators. While the app may store names and attendance logs of students (who may be children) locally on the device, we do not collect, store, or receive this data on any external server.
