This page informs players regarding our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information, as well as the rules and terms for playing our game. By downloading or playing the game, you agree to these terms.

1. Information Collection and Use

Our game is designed to respect your privacy. To provide cloud-saving functionality, matchmaking, and a seamless experience, we use third-party services (such as Google Firebase) that may assign an Anonymous ID to your device. This ensures your game progress (Levels, Knights, Rift Gems) is safely backed up. We do not natively collect your name, physical address, or phone number.

2. Public Data (PvP & Leaderboards)

By participating in Player vs Player (PvP) modes, you understand and agree that your chosen in-game Display Name, team composition, and gameplay statistics (such as win/loss records) will be publicly visible to other players within the app.

3. Third-Party Services & Payment Processing

The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device for analytics, matchmaking, crash reporting, or advertising purposes. Additionally, all In-App Purchases (IAP) are securely processed through Google Play Billing. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or financial information. We only receive a secure digital receipt to grant your account the purchased virtual items. Links to the privacy policies of third-party service providers used by the app include:

4. Log Data & Analytics

Whenever you play our game, in the case of an app crash, we collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when playing, and the time and date of the crash to help us fix bugs.

5. Account and Data Deletion (Your Rights)

We respect your right to control your digital footprint. You have the right to completely wipe your save file and associated cloud data at any time.

• In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your game data, progression, and anonymous cloud ID by navigating to the Settings Menu inside the game and tapping "Delete Account."

• Web/Email Request: If you have uninstalled the game and wish to request the deletion of your cloud save data remotely, please email omegaxcomp10@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process and purge your data within 30 days.

6. Children’s Privacy

This game does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers.

7. Terms of Use, IAP, & Fair Play

To maintain a fair environment for all players, especially in competitive PvP modes, you agree to the following terms:

• In-App Purchases & Refunds: All purchases of virtual goods (such as Rift Gems) are final. Virtual goods hold no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money outside the game, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Refund requests are subject to the policies of the Google Play Store.

• Anti-Cheat: You agree not to use third-party software, memory editors, or exploits to alter the game's code, duplicate premium currency, manipulate matchmaking, or cheat in PvP modes.

• Account Termination: The developer reserves the right to ban, suspend, or reset the account of any player found modifying game files, engaging in fraudulent IAP behavior, or violating fair play rules.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy and Terms from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
