This Privacy Policy describes how MVP EDUCATION COMPANY LIMITED ("we", "us", or "the Company") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the mobile application Toan Tu Duy (the "App") on Android devices.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you (or a parent/legal guardian) agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

3. INTENDED USERS
The App is designed for children to learn math and logical thinking, under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian. We do not require children to create an account, sign in, or provide personally identifiable information.

4. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
4.1. Information we do NOT collect directly

We do NOT collect the following:

- Name, address, phone number, or email of users

- Photos, videos, or audio from the device

- Geolocation (GPS)

- Contacts or messages

- Payment information

- Login accounts or credentials

4.2. Data stored locally on your device

The App only stores certain data on your device (internal storage) to support learning features, including:

- Selected language (Vietnamese / English)

- Whether the onboarding/welcome screen has been completed

- Game progress (number of completed questions per level)

This data is stored using Android SharedPreferences. It remains on your device only and is NOT sent to our servers.

4.3. Limited technical data

When the App downloads fonts from Google Fonts (if an Internet connection is available), your device may send network requests to Google's servers to retrieve font files. We do not receive this data.

5. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Locally stored data is used only to:

- Remember your selected language

- Save learning progress and in-app achievements

- Avoid showing the onboarding screen again after the first use

We do not use this data for advertising, user behavior analytics, or personal profiling.

6. SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

We do NOT sell, rent, or share users' personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

The App currently does not integrate:

- Advertising (AdMob or similar)

- Analytics (Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)

- Social media login

Third-party services that may be accessed indirectly:

- Google Fonts (Google LLC): font downloads when Internet is available. Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is directed at children. We:

- Do not require children to provide personally identifiable information

- Do not create user profiles for children

- Do not transmit children's data to our servers

Parents or legal guardians may delete all App data by uninstalling the App or clearing app data in Android device Settings.

8. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
- Progress and settings data are stored on the device until you delete them.

- When you uninstall the App, locally stored data is usually removed along with the App (depending on your Android version).

9. SECURITY

We apply reasonable measures to protect data stored on the device. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:

- Request an explanation of what data is stored in the App

- Delete data by clearing app data or uninstalling the App

- Contact us using the email address in Section 2

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at the same URL you provide on Google Play. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
