Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using our mobile app , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users who are also contributors of content, information, and other materials.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App. We reserve the right to terminate your access if we discover you do not meet the eligibility requirements.
License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal device solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: copy, modify, or distribute the App; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; rent, lease, or lend the App; use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose; or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions (RevenueCat)
The App offers in-app purchases and optional subscription plans managed through RevenueCat. By making a purchase or subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. We are not responsible for any charges made by your payment provider. Advertisements (Google AdMob)
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements may be displayed. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier and other data to serve personalized ads. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Advertising; Android: Settings > Google > Ads). We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Google's Terms of Service are available at https://policies.google.com/terms.
Analytics and Crash Reporting (Firebase)
The App uses Firebase, provided by Google, for analytics and crash reporting. Firebase collects usage data and crash logs to help us improve the App. By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of this data as described in our Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of the App developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the App to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe the rights of any third party; transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems; or interfere with the proper functioning of the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
