プライバシーポリシー
出雲（以下「当方」といいます。）は、当方が提供するスマートフォンアプリケーション「Simple Timer」（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。
本ポリシーは、本アプリにおいて取り扱われる利用者情報の取扱いに関して適用されるものとします。
本アプリは、以下のとおり、利用者の情報を取得しません。
氏名、住所、メールアドレス、電話番号等の個人情報は一切取得しません。
位置情報、連絡先、カメラ、マイク、ストレージ等の端末機能・権限は利用しません。
タイマー設定などのアプリ内のデータは、端末内でのみ処理され、当方または第三者のサーバーに送信されません。
本アプリは、利用者情報をサーバー等へ外部送信しません。
本アプリは、広告配信サービス、アクセス解析ツール、クラッシュレポートサービス等の外部サービス（SDK）を利用していません。
したがって、利用者情報を第三者に提供することもありません。
本アプリは一般の利用者を対象としており、特定の年齢層（児童等）を主な対象として設計されたものではありません。ただし、本アプリは個人情報を取得しないため、一般的な利用において個人情報保護上の重大な影響を与えるものではありません。
本アプリはサーバーにデータを送信せず、利用者のデータは端末内で完結します。
端末自体のセキュリティ（OSのアップデートや画面ロック設定等）については、利用者ご自身の管理に委ねられます。
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーの内容を変更することがあります。
本ポリシーを変更した場合は、本ポリシーを掲載したページ上で公表するものとし、公表した時点から変更後の本ポリシーが適用されます。

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) describes how Izumo (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles user information in connection with the smartphone application “Simple Timer” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”).
This Policy applies to the handling of user information in connection with the App.
The App does not collect any personally identifiable information from users.
We do not collect any personal information such as name, address, email address, or phone number.
The App does not use device permissions such as location, contacts, camera, microphone, or storage.
Timer settings and other data used within the App are processed only on the user’s device and are not transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers.
The App does not transmit user information to external servers.
The App does not use any third-party services (SDKs), such as:
Advertising services
Analytics services
Crash reporting services
Therefore, we do not share user information with any third parties.
The App is intended for general users and is not specifically designed for children.
However, since the App does not collect personal information, it does not pose significant privacy risks in normal use.
The App operates entirely on the user’s device without sending data to any server.
Security settings of the device itself (such as OS updates and screen lock settings) are the responsibility of the user.
We may update this Policy from time to time as necessary.
When we make changes to this Policy, we will publish the revised Policy on the page where this Policy is provided. The revised Policy will apply from the time it is published.
